you can train by hitting up the gym.

- buying a bigger property will give you more stamina.
- You can use 20 crystals or shakes to refill STAMINA, but for lower levels...it would be cheaper and easier to wait for a stamina refill.
- Eating can refill your Energy...you can mix sodas, burgers, and other foods...dont get too fat or you wont be able to eat. Unless you hit up the gym.
- You can also use alcohol to refill your Energy.
