jeezy $@*+ b ok but it all sounds the same... the way he does his hooks n $@*+... the beats... the recession album is so easily forgotten its not even funny...

if you can sit there and tell me that the 1 50 album... 1 G-Unit Album... 3 50 mixtapes... 2 G-Unit mixtapes..In 08 & 09... were ALL WACK than ya'llare looking for perfection. And clearly will not be appeased by anything..
Same dude that say Fab's last album was wack? Or Jay-Z's was? Wale's was wack? How bout Budden? Or Slaughterhouse? etc. etc. etc.
And if you are looking for perfection you will never get it.... So no artist will ever make good music.. No artist will ever give you what you want.. And if 50or Jay or Jeezy hasn't done it for you then NO ARTIST DOES..
And you're right popularity doesn't mean %#%$ when it comes to good music.. But it means a whole lot when determining whether someone's career isover or not..
Maybe I am the problem with hip hop? I am out there buying every album of artists I like to ensure they get another release.. I don't get rapped up in allthe little fads hip hop has developed that are gone next year..
You guys want rappers to switch it up.. Kanye switches it up and gets criticized for it..
So at least know what the hell you want before you start asking for it..

everywhere overseas.. He dropped 2 good mixtapes... 1 good album... He is still the top 3 or 4 most talked about artists in hip hop.. He's not done and
won't be until he says he is because he has built up enough fan base. Jeezy dropped a good album last year, and every single region of the country overall
likes him.. SO he's on his way out? That would be to say Gucci is on his way out also.? Or hell Jay-Z is done because he's old? When Jay is the most
popular rapper... You don't know a damn thing about hip hop obviously.

First of all...out of all the *%*$ 50 put out the last couple of years i can count on one hand (maybe 2) the *%*$ that's been hot...and none of it has beenclassic...
It's not perfection...it's called holding someone to the standards they set already...
50 has put out classic mixtapes...has a classic album...and a damn good 2nd album...
Jeezy has a classic...and 2 pretty good follow ups...
You can't keep fooling the audience...and releasing the same *%*$ over and over again...
I seen it happened to the DMX's, Ja Rules and Mobb deeps of the world...and it's now happening to 50...and if jeezy don't watch it...it will happento him (ain't none of the *%*$ he putting
out movin no one)...
I don't know maybe it's Ns like you...who keep setting the standards so low...who's killing hip hop...

I love Jeezy... But more of the same isn't gonna cut it this time around. I'm not expecting him to "grow as an artist" by switching it up,but it's getting to the point where everything soundsa like a clone. Don't front, everybody in this thread can predict what 80% of the album will soundlike...
