i was goin to....but tho the infra lacelocks look gr8 on da white infras the black lacelock look horrible on da black so i jus kept it da way it was...all i did was move the lock down to the very front of the shoe.....like the AF1's shoe tag....best way i cld describe it

honestly its a hot shoe but its no more than a brighter red than the last release, in which im sayn if me and someone had one of each colorway on, standing in the same place u wouldnt be able to tell the difference feel me. so its almost like asking yourself why double cop is all im sayin... i like em but jus couldnt throw the bread around for em, so i jus copped the citrus 9s and cough drop foams.. pics up later.. but congrats to every1 that copped....

Man they only had 2 pairs of each size I think 8 1/2-12 and I got a 11.5 which isnt even my size,I got lucky and my friend's friend did a swap for me.Yes ATL sucks for limited releases we never get much or anything.Felt bad for the guy behind me  he wore a 11.5 and I got the last one.

it was less den dat....she told me they had 18 pairs startin from 8 up to 13 and got  2 of only like 9.5 10.5 and 11 or sumthn like dat. all i kno is a i got the only 10 they had. they girl told me wen i was payin
 
I used the black infrareds as trade bait, landed me a pair of 2006 deadstock fire red V's in box with retrocard... I think a pretty good deal considering I still get to keep the white infrareds

Saw these today at Sawgrass out here in South Florida today. I passed. Inside the store, under the light they are too similar to the Varsity Reds for my Liking, which I purposely had on so I could compare. And why is the leather on the Infared the same type that is on the Univeristy Blues? aka Hard Smooth Leather. Not to hate and maybe I'm crazy but I prefer the leather on the Varsity, its Charmin, Plies, Rick Ross Soft. In either case it is a nice pack... just terrible execution as far as release.
 
great catches everyone. like a few, i passed because of the varsity reds. minus some cool packaging and premium materials, it's the same shoe. i'm chillin w/ both my varsity's. but really, good pix and it's nice it looks like there was enough stock to go around. i think more hype than stock.

now waiting for fall/winter JB season. we have some good drops ahead of us.

well me my boy n others in line (about 8 of us) were gonna put a beat down on dem if they did'nt move so the security told them we were all getting hot n they went to the back with heads down.

It took all this hype for everyone to realize that it's the same damn shoe. I hope y'all know y'all started a new trend with JB. This is turrible.

Where did you end up scooping the black varsities and how much?
 
I was able to get more than enough pairs for myself and friends. My FNL still has some sizes available (8.5, 12, 13)
