In comparing my Black VR and the Black infra's, it seems as if the infras have shorter material than the VRs. Has anyone else noticed this?

I don't really know what you mean, but the tongue on the varsity red stretches a lot
higher up than the infrared. The infrared tongue height is closer to the original. And the
infrared is way less ashy from the ones I've handled.

i saw these in person at the south shore mall in ma, at footlocker easy pass i could of got a pair to flip but i didnt.im not paying 310 for a lighter color

If you already have the Varsity Reds, I wouldn't recommend getting the Infrared pack but if you are trying to decide between either colorways, I would easily recommend the Infrared.

Ok,heres my story. A story of TRAGEDY and TRIUMPH, of DEATH and REBIRTH,and STRUGGLE and REDEMPTION...I woke up around 8am to head to my spot out here in H-Town(Baybrook). To commemorate this release, I decided to throw on my 00' Infrareds. As soon as I put them on.....CRRRRAAACK!!!! My MIDSOLES started crumbling!!! No doubt,I'm bummed about it, but I had to move on
. So I slide on my Maroon/Grey toe Jordan XIII's and head out to the mall. When I arrive, I'm shocked to find I'm the first and only one there....I pick up my sz.13(The only one they had.),and I'm in and out,no hassles. When I get home, I do some further inspection and....what do I notice but a BIG *** GLUE STAIN on my Blk/Infrared pair!!!! Now I'm super heated
!!!! So I call Northwest Mall,and luckily the lady allowed me to swap out the pair I had...BIG RELIEF! Since my 2000 Infrareds were officially out of commission, i decided to take my lace locks off of them,and put them on my Wht/Infrared pair instead. All in all,I was faced with a few challenges,but in the end it all worked out. I'm all smiles!
On another note, R.I.P. to my 2000 Jordan 6 Retros (2000-2010) *Singing* "It's So Haaaaarrrrddddd(no %%#+) to say Goooodbyyyyyeeee to Yesterdaaaaayyyy...." Holla!

R.I.P. to your 2000 Infrareds
I would prefer 2000 retros over the 2010 any day, but due to stories like that I will do with the 2010. I just copped my pack, I must say I am not pleased with the suede material on these, but I am pleased with the infrared shade, the White/Infrareds are sick too man.

Noone is yet to answer my question. From those who have this pack, does the clear part on the white infrared seem darker then the black ones, and also the White varsity red? More like the Oreo's.

did you swap them at a different store than the one you originally purchased the size 13?

Also, for those that said the White/Varsity Reds leather was better, I think I'm going to have to disagree. Although it seems softer and a lil more tumbled than the Infrared leather, it creases like a mofo. The White/Infrared leather is the same type of leather used on the recently released white/university blue IX's. It feels cheaper and is a lil more stiff, but they hold up surprisingly well and is harder to crease....

thanks for the info. was afraid to bring my pair out because of creasing but now I might do it sooner than I thought.
I wore the black pair today to the mall. NO creasing and i didn't walk weird to prevent the inevitable.

I agree with you on that. Yes, it is harder and not tumbles. I don't know where the comparison to the MS VI's came from other people on hear, but it's definitely not the same as the MS's either.

I just stole a infrared lacelock off the infra spizikes n put em on my white/ infra pair THEY LOOK SO FRESH LATER FOR THAT BLACK LACE LOCK IMO!

Is the white clear bottom on your Infrareds kinda tinted more then the black Infrareds?

haven't opened up my white infrared but just by looking through the plastic I noticed the same crappy paint job on my infrareds as in the White varsity reds

bro i answered dat. lol few pages back. i was sayin how da white makes everythng look darker because thats how jus naturally how it is....idk y its science. i doubt its deliberate i jus thnk its how we perceive it u kno? a mid color with white looks darker then than that same color with black. like dem brain teaser games.....idk i doubt it was purposely

looks like the suede isnt as faded on these compared to the varsity reds...any truth to this or r the pics just fooling me? i know some have said that it is but just wanted to now what those that have both think

My bad, I didn't even see that. It's bothering me, because I compared it with my White V-reds and the V-Reds have a more clear bottom, more like the Lakers VI. I'm not tryin to be all perfect bout my sneakers, but it makes me wonder if they r turning yellow already?
