Just called BAIT. It's 2pm where I am so I gave it a shot. He said they're taking phone orders at 1pm Pacific. I asked what sizes they still had so I'd know whether or not it'd be worth a shot later and he said they have an 8, 10.5, 12, and 13 for what it's worth. I'm still looking for a 9.5.
