Last thing I remember seeing from Rick Ross was his verse on the "Rockin That Thing" remix. He seriously brought that whole song down when he cameon.
Most of his stuff is kinda fun to listen to, I guess, but his skills are pretty lackluster.

I guess that's your opinion but if you actually listen to the lyrics I don't see how anyone can think this. Lyrically he's always been one of thenicer guys in commercial music.

When the majority of his verses seem to be rhyming a word...with itself...three times, i'm not really that impressed. Just music though, if I dont likethem I tend to just ignore them for the most part. Didn't ever hear about his beef with 50 until someone mentioned it to me two weeks ago.

That's one a example though, how many other Ross songs have you heard. Like I said when it comes to mainstream rap, he's one of the moretalented guys in the game.

Note I said commercial. Jay, Nas, old 50, Clipse, Game, that's about all I can think of off the top of the head. I'm not saying he's some lyricalbeast but his lyrics ARE NOT sub par and certainly don't take away from the music at all.
