I think it's too early to buy the 4K's and Curved TV's. They are so new there are a lot of bugs to work out.

I made a big "art" piece buy this week.

So my favorite movie of all time is Good Will Hunting. I was able to buy the script which was autographed by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck (who wrote the film and won an Oscar for the screen play). I'm getting a custom made shadowbox to put it in.

Really excited for that.

Finally getting my own apartment as of Sept 15th...gonna check out HomeGoods later today just to get some ideas on some small things to make it less stale. Still need to find a decent couch though

That's huge congrats , I always shed a tear watching that movie .

Bruhs this had me hypnotized in magnolia , I'll probably get it before the end of the year

Martin Logan speakers and sub , McIntosh amp, disc player and reciver , sonos bridge and WiFi base station. Bruh the clarity of sound coming from it sheesh .

They also had this 4k TV for 2500

$8.5K dropped at Raymour and Flanigan and I have outfitted a large portion of my apt.

Mattress, 4 piece bedroom set, 2 pc couch w/ chaise, 5 pc dining room set (table and 4 chairs), wall clock, lamp, coffee table.

When it's all set up I can't wait to show yall the before and after pics

I got great prices, it seems like a lot but for example...the mattress I was going to get, Sleepys wanted $2200 + tax + $150 for 2 pillows. Raymour gave me the same mattress for $1750 and gave me the pillows for free.

Sound system was like 7500

This is the TV
Sony - 65" Class (64-1/2" Diag.) - LED - 4K Ultra HD TV (2160p) - 120Hz - Smart - 3D - HDTV , usually like 4-5k but was in magnolia for 2500 .

I was leaning towards the first but I do agree, the second one is more subtle.

It's going in the 2nd bedroom that's kind of like a man cave/media room. I'm tired of looking at bare walls.

Does anyone have sound bar suggestions?

I like the 1st, especially if it's for more of a man cave.. you don't need something more subtle, it's more for you.

I can't seem to find an Espresso (wood) narrow console table. I would like one to have alongside my small dining table, but narrow (preferably less than 9-10" in diameter). Not pausing that.

Just want something that doesn't take up much space and I'd love to have a large piece of artwork hanging above it.
