Yes, I do. Jay has put out so many half-#*#*# records in his career it's hard to count. He's done some great stuff and I respect the guy, but he'sbeen way too lazy to deserve a spot on my top 10. Cham has been doing some really nice stuff ("Hip Hop Police", with Slick Rick, Evening News, GoodMorning, his hit "Ridin"...), and shows no signs of slowing down. I'm sure enough people will eat up whatever Jay puts out to keep him solidly onthe list.

To think you can't rather easily find ten rappers superior to Jay?
