Am I the only one bothered that these two are on opposite scales when it comes to fitting....
For example, I am a size 10, the AJ X Retro's are snug but the AJ XIII retro's run big.

ironman: i totally agree. as much as i like the idea of a pack, consistency in fit is more important to me. i hope JB gets it right.
btw, i always loved this colorway because they are very conservative and casual looking. i remember a lot of middle age people rocking these during the weekend. they reminded you of hiking boots but mike still made them look good on the court.

These look stupid with that clown print inside...so glad I still have my OG's of both of these shoes and don't have to worry about buying this crappy overpriced pack
and for JB saying they aren't releasing Chicago 10's because of OG collectors...Please, Its not like you don't see fake Chicago 10's everywhere. If they really cared about OG collectors feelings they would do something about that...

inside and red jumpman take away from the OG look... not feeling them.. but I love the 13.. this sucks

I am so upset that I'd have to pay over $310 to get a shoe a really want and some shoe that is a look alike of what I have (the retros) and don't look good. I'm prolly gonna have to end up paying $200-250$ for just the XIIIs on eBay

First off MIKES x NIKES your an idiot. It's already been confirmed that it's not the "playoff" XIII's so stop talking.
On another note, I think these look fine to me really. What really bothers me is that when newbs make posts about "does your love for the shoe change when everyone has it?" or "do you hate it when everyone has the same shoe as you?" and pointless threads like that surface around the time when a OG shoe is about to retro, everyone jumps on the thread starter and going off on rants about "It's a love for the shoe, I could care less if everyone hated the shoe/has the shoe" etc etc YET when people are talking about retroeing OG shoes, most frequently mention Chicago X's, THOSE SAME PEOPLE jump on those people and bash them saying how they don't want to see Chicago's because they shelled out thousands of dollars. What happened to the love for the shoe? What happened to not caring? IMO Chicago X's arn't even that hot. I mean most people think X's are hideous. I personally love them. BUT FOR GOD SAKES!! HOW MANY RED/WHITE/BLACK colorways have there been before the X's? I's, II's, III's, IV's, V's, VI's, VII's, VIII's, IX's ALL OF WHICH the model itself looks better then the X's.
Like some people have mentioned already. There is no reason for JB to change anything on retroes. I mean what about retroes prior to 2000/2001? There were all dead on basically. And to those who will respond "it's to distinguish from OG's and Fakes" that statement means nothing in today's market. The consumer (being us) are more educated in this field. To have a successful sale on Ebay, YOU NEED to take photopgraphs of EVERY angle of the shoe. I mean sure there are some stupid people out there that bid on fake @#%$ OL/NL's that have only one pic of both shoes taken on some crappy as camera phone, but to make a successful sale you need to take pictures of every angle. Front, Back, Tag, Sole, Midsole, Insole, Box, Box tag etc etc. Now that JB is using different box's that should be enough, but you also have to remember that the size tags on the shoes are different now so right there is another small but subtle change. And finally the change of "Nike Air" to the Jumpman. Those are the only changes that should be applied to Retroes really...

Oh god, honestly, those shadows are not working for me, maybe the Chi X's or something else but those are horrible
