A great looking shoe, I can't say anything about the performance because unfortunately I never owned a pair but I can honestly say I love this shoe based off its looks alone

Love these shoes. Had 5 pairs total, went through the all black, white/silver and a white/blue pair. I still have 2 white/oranges. They're easily one of the best basketball shoes I've ever owned. I'd definitely pick up multiple pairs if they re-released. Never was a fan of the Zoom BB series though. The half circle ruined them for me.

Man, this is my SHOE! I remember seeing a whole bunch of colors at my local Finishline on sale for like $55, so I picked up a pair of Wht/Red to hoop in. After balling for an hour, I was like
, I had already made up my mind to get every other colorway I could. It's just a true baller's shoe. Other shoes that had crazy hype (2K4, Flightposite 1, Jet Flights) that everyone seemed to love, never impressed nearly as much as the 2K3. I check eBay once a week to see if there are any on there. These, the Jordan XVIII's & the VCII's brought me back into the sneaker game; as all three were insane performers on the court. If Nike could just QS some Wht/Blk ones or Wht/Forest, I'd get at least 2 pairs of each.

^Love the avater, very clean. I have the white/royal, always mad I didn't pick up the silver/navy and black/red CW's. I for sure wore at least quarters with these, the first time I wore them with peds, they cut up my ankles like no other. But performance-wise, absolutely amazing. Nike did right with the release of the 2K3, Zoom Flight Turbine, and the Ultraflight, one after another. They were just about as good as you could get with the implementation of Zoom and wonderful tech features. Even the Turbine featured the monkey paw!

Got a pair of wht/blue back in the day and has been balling in them for solid 2 1/2 years til I hot hold of the 2k5 in a huge discount. Wish I stocked a few more pairs for balling . Can't complain with this shoe , a very solid all rounder.

I think you were lucky because I remember balling in these with no shows and it felt like they were cutting my ankle to the bone. Went with crews after that.

^Must have been lucky because my white/grey pair cut the heck out of my ankles regardless of what kind of sock I was wearing. Great shoe for a little while but after 2+ hours of balling and I would have to switch shoes.
When they aren't killing my ankles they are a great shoe and even with the ankle issue, I would rank them in my top five shoes for playing ball in.

the only complaint i have about the shoe is that it tears up the back of my heels and gives me blisters. I always wear thick crew socks so i dont know why im experiencing this problem. maybe its just my pair...

Ya I got these at the outlet store for like $40 when I was a junior in high school, then someone jacked them from my locker I was pretty upset but it was all good because I got to buy jordan xii retros. But it still sucked having my shoes stolen

Question to all the dudes who said they had Ankle rubbing? Did you have thick ankles or lower legs? Im not big or slight.. somewhere right in the middle and I've never had that problem walking in them but can see where Ankle rubbing would be a problem playing.

I wouldn't say that I have thick ankles and my build is pretty average 6'1'', 190.
The ankle rubbing was the only negative thing about this shoe for me. The best performance basketball shoes for me have been Jet Flights, Hawk Flights, Melo 4's, Jordan XI's, and Zoom 2K3s in that order.

Yeah, I am so in-love witht his shoe. I have a few different pairs. Wht/red (2x), wht/navy blue, wht/royal blue, wht/black (2x), wht/gold, wht/purple, wht/orange. This shoe is great!
