SENDING NIKES FOR AN EXCHANGE

I just recently sent out a pair of Lebron VIs(that I rarely wear) to Nike Canada because the left shoe seems very flat. Im just curious, how would Nike determine the shoe to be defective since the air zoom is placed in the midsole?
 
they usually just check the shoe and if its not beat to sheit they just swap it out.

costs more for customer/account services to get involved than it does to replace a pair.
