Royal Foamposite 1s releasing Feb 12 2011 ((NO BUYING/SELLING/TRADING! YOU WILL BE BANNED!))

so my "boy" is telling me that he cant hook me up with his 30 percent off from footlocker because they are only allowing 2 discounts per store and 2 other employees are getting the discount. can any one confirm this or am i getting screwed over

yeah this is what i was debating as well. Do i get them on eastbay at midngiht or wait to cop them at DTLR or Footlocker in the am.

I'm kinda curious how these will do since there is a lot of stuff dropping this month. I think availability really depends where you live. Foams are hot in certain areas and not so much in others, like out here in Cali. Then again, there will probably be more hype for these since it's the royal blue colorway.

the way footlocker/footaction work is that your only allowed to do discount on 20% of your release day stock (rounded down)

so lets say a store gets 20 pairs, only 4 are allowed on discount.

anythin that has a release date has to follow this. (jordans and these foams for example)

But nah seriously, I don't think these will last the month in DC/NYC.

But that first week will tell a lot. Foams aint been doin' too well lately, but this color ALWAYS sells.
 
Yea, I don't see too many people with foams around here (Mi), and everytime I go to footlocker, they still have eggplants, and coughdrops stocked.  But like you said, these are Royals we're talking about.
 
For those who copped these 2011s, did you get the same size as your other foams and do they fit the same?
 
Called up my local FL and the manager said that everyone should be good in my area. He said they received a ridiculous amount of them.

Lol our midnight release got canceled. The mall was trying to charge all the stores like $700 in order to stay open.

most malls charge between $300 - $500 for releases.

its up to the stores manager / DM if they want too do it.
 
I'll cop, but I really think they should have tinted the soles. Like, the shoe is already blue. Why the hell not?
