And I get why it happened. Everyone thought it was a US foul, so to avoid the free kick, they let England get the rebound thinking, they'll take it back in a second. But they didn't realize it was even numbers and Gerrard was in scoring position. Idiots. Take the damn free kick.

The commentator says the important thing is for the US to not allow a goal within the first 20 mins.  4 mins later...
 
That should have been a goal

But I see Gerrard having another goal before the end of this one
