lucky %%!

We played better, still miss a grip of chances though. This proves that Jermaine Jones might be the best CM we got. Pure heart by his guy. Juan keeps impressing me every game. The defense played better. Lichaj might be ready to claim a spot in the back. Dude is pure class. On to the semis. Gooooooooo USA!

Just got done with the dvr, this was a nice feeling win,  a chance to avenge the Panama loss feels even better.

We played good enough but we're obviously capable of better.

Kljestan played well tonight and in doing so showed off his greatest flaw more than a few times. Son is straight up scared to make a play. Always in prime position to have one or make a dangerous slashing run in on goal and he always passes it off to a teammate. Some guys just aint built for it. Kljestan has assets but he's overly utterly dependent on them.

Bob gets points today too.

my smh wasnt directed towards his play because he was great for us today but on the red card playt..he did get cliped but his theatrics were not appreciated.

Oh fasho my yuku clock is messed up. but yea a flagrant dive. you know I'm against it but I couldn't help but crack a smile watching the slow mo.

same here, i couldnt help back some laughter and my pops was over there on teh other couch talking +#%#..smh.

anyone against leaving Landon out the lineup?..

Cmon Bob, make this Clint's team already.

That's why I gave Bob points.

It takes nuts to keep the face of the sport in your country out of the 11 when the entire federation is watching and you're job is literally on the line.

I'll say it right now though, my prediction; we will see that this turn into Jones' team over the course of qualifying. He might not get the arm band but at the end of the day that's just a glorified piece of elastic polyester.

I agree with you on the Jones part. Dude is a non stop motor. He kind of flopped on the breakaway play, but I can see why the jamaican player got sent off. All is all I will also give BB credit. he played up to Jamaica's formation and actually had the team set on D. This game against Panama is going to be good. Hopefully Jozy is ready to go, otherwise I know Juan will be ready to go

Jozy's MRI is tomorrow....

Bedoya, Landon, or Sascha?

Which two do you start vs. Panama?

I love what Bob did with the lineup, although I would've loved to see Freddy come in for Sascha. After around 75 in he was clearly gassed.

Need to show Panama a message that we aren't the same team that lost to them 2 to 1.... Need to win this game by atleast 2 goals...

If Bedoya wasn't included in the starting eleven I would have thrown a fit.
I really wanna know what's the deal with Donovan though. Maybe they had words over his benching on Sunday?

The game wasn't that bad even though the US seemed gassed by the second half.

Freddy Adu seems to be maturing nicely. had a great pass to Landon

Agudelo(sp) has to learn hw to pace himself a bit better especially when going up against big and more physical men

great score by Dempsey
