It's just after keeping up with the EPL since 03, it's irritating seeing the pace of the game here in the states.

I mean hell, HDC isn't further than a 10 minute drive up Del Amo and Avalon

you let me know if you want to see a game.

Definitely bro, the more i've been thinking about it i'm wasting an opportunity having the local team so close to me.

let me know also bro. i'm always at the games.

can do

I dont know if I posted this in here.

Mexico's Televisa Sports claims that Atlante have sealed the capture of Chivas USA left back Jonathan Bornstein in a swap for striker Giancarlo Maldonado, but the defender's agent told S365 that no deal will be finalized until after World Cup

But when 300,000 people know that Rico Clark and Robbie Findley shouldn't have been on the pitch. Why the hell does the coach not know that??!!

i see what Bob sees in Findley aside from the pace but that Clark decision

Bob knows he +$@+#% up with that one.

For starters, the entire American defense could be ripped up. Goalkeeper Tim Howard and defender Carlos Bocanegra are both considering retirement from the national team.

brings a tear to my eye.

tim howard is one of the best we have had and carlos was one of my favorite players.

i remember when i saw carlos play in person when he use to play for the chicago fire.

^Brad Guzan i suppose.......... just not sure how talented he is.

in my honest opinion they should go after Juergen Klinsmann. he seems like a good change of pace from what i have been reading. thought i wish they would go after an american

Klinsmann was offered the job before Bob, but the USSF didnt want to give him all the power.

They got into an argument because klinsmann wanted to use the A-team for both the 2007 gold cup and 2007 copa america, but the USSF told him he could use them for only one of the tournaments and not both.

^^That was the problem between Jurgen and USSF. Power. If the USSF want to win a WC soon, they need to let someone  take control and take us to the promise land. Unfortunately If we continue to get american coaches, that is never going to happen. We will always be in the same cycle unless they can relinquish some power to a guy like Jurgen.

GULATI MAKE IT HAPPEN.

JURGEN

I hope the USSF stays the course and only use Americans. I feel weird watching some random coach in charge of a national team. Honestly, I don't care how great that coach is; I want to see someone from my nation coach my squad

. Im sure what i just said sounded super SUPER ignorant but thats just how i feel *Kanye Shrug*

excuse my ignorance, but can someone explain the 3 stars on the USA crest? I thought those indicate championships/World Cup titles? Thanks.

^See having a foreign dude come in and try to help out the program would be fantastic, but to put the guy in a lead role is questionable/laughable to me. Its like China hiring Del Harris as their hc

but with the US we hired Jay Triano as a consultant and i was super happy with it.

Klinsmann did a great job with Germany in 2006 on the other hand he was not very successful with Bayern Munich.

I feel that. But I was speaking more on the USSF looking at the german dude for the coaching job.
