**Official USMNT Soccer Thread**

Not a bad half at all against strong competition. Settled down in the back after the opening 10 min, a couple of nice sequences going forward.

We need Nagbe in central midfield and Wood up top.

Sit one of Jones or Beckerman, bring Dempsey off the bench when you need that one moment.

Nagbe and wood in. Nagbe is better linking up the play than beckerman imo. Hopefully they'll get better chances

Looking way better w the subs nagbe just looks way more composed in there and it's spreading to the rest of the team

With Nagbe, Wood and Pulisic on the field, this immediately becomes the most technical XI U.S. Soccer has ever put on the field. No hyperbole what so ever.

Very strong 2nd half overall.

Crazy what a pinch of skill sprinkled across the front 5 can do.

Pulisic not giving up and regaining/keeping possession right their was nice.

I'm still in awe of what a dynamic athlete he's become in less than a year's time.

I kid you not, last spring he had the body of a small boy and looked like one relative to other teenagers.

Man I'm so happy for Nagbe

That first ball by Yedlin, the header from Wood, the composure and finish by Nagbe :pimp:

I can dig it

They looked like a completely different team second half. Good stuff all around they can make some noise in the copa but got a tough game right off the bat

those second half subs were all so great

Nagbe paired with Bradley, pushing him back to the 6 spot

Good things happen when Bradley gets to play from deep

I'm ready for next Friday can't wait ....... Altidore won't be missed. What's about putting Johnson in the midfield ?

According to ESPN Stats & Info, Darlington Nagbe completed every one of his 33 passes. Oh yeah, he scored too. #usmnt

Not a great game, but good result. I love Nagbe as a no#10. Wood and Pullisic did really good. I am still wondering where we will lineup Fabian and Yedlin?? Wingers? O left o right back??
