Dont know of any places online. You might be able to try and to your local Champs Sports and see if they can order you a pair. They had them displayed at Garden State Plaza mall in Paramus, NJ. I dont know what sizes they have available. I ordered mine through Eastbay over the weekend and just received my 2 pairs.

Got mine yesterday. Can post pics if you like. I find that this shoe almost works/fits better without socks like a free or flyknit. The first pair I tried on a few months ago was awful, but the MP version fits better IMO. I don't think they are wide though. If anything, they seem to run narrow through the midfoot and a little longer wider in the toebox. I stayed pretty true @ 11.5 and they are fine without socks. I wouldn't size 1/2 down or anything. KD/Lebron/Kobes and These for me 11.5 JB retros of late size 11. Hope that helps some of you on the fence.

Also received my 2 pairs yesterday from Eastbay.
 
Anybody ordered sz 10.5 of these from eastbay? Damn eastbay sucks. I ordered on the dot at 8 on the 24th an they still wasn't able to give me a pair. i got my confirmation at 8:03. Eastbay how do you choose/prioritize your orders? Its very downright disappointing, i was waiting for this pair and got screwed. Damn.
 
new here on NT.com and I received mine from footlocker.com today haven't been to the stores yet to see if they are available better priced than the last few MP trainers
 
I believe Eastbay only double boxes for Jordans. They also double box if you check the gift option, but that comes with a fee.

As "EAGLE 0N said, if you want to make sure the shoes you are ordering gets double boxed, you would need to check the gift box option while checking out. It is an extra $3.99 for this option, but it will make sure your shoes get shipped out in a box.

wait so the tr1 lunar that released in august aren't for the fight :smh: I only buy the shoes for his fight if these ^are the ones for the fight i'm selling my sz 9 for retail :smh:
 
Thanks for posting pix Bro Gingpogi. Looks cool but Ill pass this one up. Remain hopeful if they come up with a more defined MP designed ones. But if not, thats ok. I am satisfied with my MP sneaker collections. Looks like my Lunar Vapors will be my last. 
 
Sick colors. I like, but I hope they aren't clear soles again. They have to get away from that. Please be white...

Nike should come out with a running shoe for pacquiao....

Definitely a good look on the colorway this time around for the Pacquios..tired of the white/red/blue colorways Nike drops for him..but I understand why..

Hopefully I can get a chance to cop these Pacquiaos
