It doesn't matter if you buy them to play or casual. Don't be salty just because you missed out. There have been many shoe a lot of us have missed out on. The whole thing about basketball shoe and jeans their isn't one person in this forum hasn't worn a pair of "basketball " shoes with some jeans! Hell Kobe himself wear these casually its a comfortable shoe for both.

to me, who cares what someone does w their own money and possessions, its theirs, not yours.  i wish i had the money to keep an Enzo sitting in the garage, and so do you

I buy 'em because all the kids at the cool lunch table have them.  I'd get no play if I had no DKs or BLs on.  I think I'll wear Rices to Prom (school colors).  What you think?

The lower merion shorts Kobe wore in the pictures will not release according to the school. They were made only for the team, staff and of course their illustrious alumni. I don't know if Nike will come out with something else or if they change their minds but it seems silly not to have gear to go with the shoes....

you could probably get them if you paid the school $  check out their "donation level"

I really like these and would prolly double up if they had a clear sole. I know clear soles yellow after  while, but white soles get dirty and trashed after one day. Hate THAT!

I am hoping a MPLS cw will release.  Although I was a little disappointed with last year's MPLS, the I's & III's were clean.  I's being my fav MPLS so far.
