What's good with Nike Elite Basketbal Crew socks? (SOCKS FTW!)

Good point R.E.A ,

I'm glad you chimed in, I hope you didn't take what I was saying as a swipe at you guys.  I was referring to a few other companies that bite. I would of just typed it if i thought saying their names would of been constructive. But hey, Why HATE, right ? And as far as capt America, lol, yep they raped you on that one. I'm sure you've recovered though. I just don't like to be talked to in a way that different then how the concersation would go in my face. I value opinions from everywhere but telling people it doesn't make sense when it comes to taste, I can't agree with that. Think about it. Isn't that how all you guys got in business in the first place. By wanting to be different. You guys ,Quan Bay, Freshswagg, G34, customelites and The sockgame all have there own lanes. I'm just  enjoying the creativity that comes from everyone.  My money goes to the creative process , and as you know, that ain't always the most popular choice.

. It's as ridiculous as these two fools at the mall at All Star Weekend. One was saying Rockem sucks cause its to much design on the sock and the other saying NIKE needs more crazy designs like the sequalizers, huh( Kanye shoulders shrug) , They asked me and I said why hate on Rockem they probably forced NIKE to come up with the sequalizer in the first place B, lol.
No offense taken. Everyone has their own opinion and is completely entitled to it. And there has definitely been a shift at Nike since we started, all I can say is that we're more than just a blip on their radar. Typing right now is the owner of Rock 'Em (there will be a few representatives with access to this account), and I was flown to Las Vegas for a weekend back in November to speak about the company in front of some powerful people at Nike. Looking forward to exploring the possibilities with the Swoosh.
I appreciate companies when they have a presence on NT. I dont like it when they blatantly try and advertise because they can get enough free advertising just by being a part of the community and answering questions. Being able to get a timely response to a question on NT is better than sending a message through "Contact Us" on a website and never hearing a reply (or a generic one that doesn't really answer the question but took 2 weeks to get).

I'm not a custom sock guy but I appreciate you being here. Other companies should do the same (yes I realize that annoying people will ask the same questions over and over again, but its a nature of the beast!).
We're here to help. Our emails get flooded with the same questions over and over again, and sometimes we just can't get to them. Being visible on a forum is crucial to us. I've grown to love (and discover) so many other companies because of their presence in a digital community.

With that being said, we're putting together our final touches on a STUPID dope release for the corks. Should have pictures up on the site and on NT later tonight. Thanks guys

^^^ Custom screen printed bags, which does drive the shipping price up a bit. If you'd like to talk more about our business model, and comments/concerns can be handled over our email.

Thanks for the response wasn't trying to throw you under the bus just thought shipping was a little high for the methods used. But like I said if you spend the money on the socks whats 8 dollars for shipping.

And Im not one for the custom sock game but I think those Cork socks are on point simplistic and get the point across. Great job on the design.

whats the price tag?  Do i just need to refresh your site and it will be on the first page?

@unomas we will be posting a link on twitter, our site should refresh to have it available, but we expect a lot of traffic. Price tag is $49.99 and includes the box, pins, certificate of authenticity and socks, all hand numbered.

It's about presentation people. We figured we'd have some fun with this release...

Certificate is for multiple reasons. One is because it is a nice gesture and rounds out the presentation of the package. Another reason is because there are people out there who believe it or not release fakes of our designs.

Shoes come numbered, art comes numbered, lots of things come numbered. Our approach to customizing socks is different, some people appreciate it. 150 pairs sold in less than 2 hours. Stay tuned for more information regarding upcoming releases. Thanks.

Ha, lucky for such a bad business idea and poor product there are more than 150 idiots so you'll probably sell more.

Odd that a private company would state their revenue. But I'm sure you random Internet poster knows their finances.
We never discuss finances. Darren Rovell interviewed us for what was supposed to be a piece on ESPN but turned out to be just a tweet. There's also a piece on us in the Portland Business Journal which unabashedly discusses our sales from 2012. Sorry to keep letting you down kjparfekt

I'm fine with the whole custom thing... but could we get back to NIKE elites? I don't know why dudes gotta hate on RockEm, they obviously have a great business going.
P.S. RockEm, those nuggets customs woulda been Robo-Copped if the front was Yellow instead of that weird white mesh looking material.
