Why are the top of the black elites look like that?And why are the whites ones black?Can washing them after every wear make them have more wear?

SMH I ordered some elites off footlocker last Sunday and it says it shipped on Tuesday but then UPS says it hasn't received anything since then. I contacted footlocker and they said to wait until may 1st to see if my items deliver.... So frustrating
