Some of the costumes are really cool

Too bad fight money is hard to come by :lol:

Doubt I ever go thru survival with everyone to get those costumes :lol:

At least the next 5 aren't graplers.

Alex does nothing for me, not sure why he's popular.

Now the rest 5 characters especially Guile, Urien and Balrog, I can't wait for.
 
They really need to do something about this Fight Money system. Either give out more Fight Money per match or lower the amount you have to use.

I know they just want people to buy all the DLC though.

You can easily earn it through story mode and survival. Should have more than enough for Alex.

Yea but thats ONE character. What are you gonna do after youve completed story mode (nobody really wants to play survival bruh) and want to buy the costumes and other characters?

I'll buy them, because that's what all games are doing now are squeezing micro-transactions out of people. 
 
Welcoming Alex with open arms. Never played too much of him in SF3 but I bet he'll work really nice in this system.

On another note. Had no idea Dhalsim could do his Yoga Catastrophe critical art in the air. Lost a ranked match off of that and was too salty, didn't get granted the rematch either :smh:
 
A lot of hype for Alex. Don't really know why though. I used to play 3S and never picked him.
Would be cool if oro makes it to 5.
I used to lose to Urien a lot in 3S so looking forward to his interation in 5.

I need to play this game more but always have been going back to mvc3 smh

The fight money system is symbolic... Just so Capcom, who have the worst rep as far as DLC goes can say: "See, you don't have to pay real money to get new characters". Which is technically true, but in practice very unrealistic. You better spend the fight money you make by completing story wisely. I have enough to buy two characters and a costume. I will probably buy Alex, a costume for Rashid and then save the rest to get Guile. I hope I will be able to make enough to get Sean when/if he gets to be in the game.

You're also meant to get fight money from daily challenges.

At the end of the day though, it's still a business so they're not going to make it easy.
We had to buy Super, AE and Ultra last time round.At least they're giving us the option of how we spend our money.

Ken looks horrible with short hair in the character select screen but he looks good in game.
 
Lol Eliza had ken doing some meth. He's still in Street Fighter condition. That EX shoryureppa connects with everything

I think if you had him from the preorder you can get new colors for him

I went with Best Buy and got Cammy when I preorderd tho

I knew that preordering at certain locations granted you the special battle costumes with certain characters like Cammy, Ryu, Chun-Li and Bison but I was convinced that the costumes would be available down the road at least for purchase. It's starting to look less likely that they are and were ONLY available for those who preordered :frown:
