I didn't catch the stream yesterday. How was he looking?
Pretty much as I described above. He looks strong. The v-skill does hit but you can attack beneath it and it disappears on hit. V-trigger gives you 5 shots and depletes the meter quickly. It's a 3 bar meter. No invincibility on any of the flash kicks except EX which I believe they said was completely invincible on start up. Regular flash kick hit box still dominates though and will beat throws cause its airborn from frame 1. You can't crush counter juggle into air throw (sigh). You can crush counter fierce punch into dash up crush counter uppercut. Walk speed is average. Dash too. Ummm that's all I remember right now.

That crouching high as a crush counter is going to have a lot of people salty. The turtle game is going to be on a whole new level

Repped

Video is also up.

Why did he get a crouch walk? Its dope but fairly useless imo. Guile always had plenty of normal AAs so keeping a charge for flash kick was never important. Its too slow to follow behind Sonic Booms so im not seeing a use for it....unless lp boom is even slower than in sf4. And who the hell jumps at a crouching Guile anyway? Even if he didnt have time to charge, you'd just be getting a fist in the culo.

My guess is it's purely for mix up purposes. You can just cancel right? Now if it forces you to execute a flash kick then yea I agree.

I would image it's for closing in distance. Say you're fighting a shoto like Ryu or Ken who spamming fireballs. Of course you can't keep up because you have to charge sonic boom. So you're crouch walking and inching forward after every blocked fireball. You either get close enough to where they stop spamming or they jump and you somersault kick.

Man these rage quitters are a problem. I get atleast 3 a day and i only play for like an hour and a half.

Ive had dudes even rage quit during casual matches.

I Don't experience that much rage quitters. Think it only happen twice so far for me. I'm only u bronze though so maybe I'll see it later on. Don't really care about the points though just match up experience.

Gonna enter my first tourney today here in Cali. Let's see how it goes.

^yea im at Gold rank so its almost guaranteed that 1 in every 4 fights will be a rage quitter. Its ridiculous.

Yeah I had a silver beat me, then we rematched, soon as I won, connection lost. I was ready for the third too.

Anyone know how to upload twitch vids to YouTube? Trying to upload a few of my grand finals match from a local tourney.

I'm waiting for the fix

In for both Guile and Guile's stage. His stage is very cool, even though it's kind of similar to the air hangar stage. The stages are kind of expensive at 70.000 though. Anyone know whether buying a stage means buying the option to pick that stage when you want, or whether you can still get to play on the stage every now and then if your opponent picks it even though you haven't bought it?

I'll try to get as many good old SF2 characters as possible with the credits I make. Hopefully Blanka will be a part of the next pack.

Speaking of fight money, I've found my main in Ken, so I'm in no rush to buy anyone else since I probably won't play them even though I do enjoy watching them.

Are you guys buying people you would actually play or do you just want to fill the roster for local play against someone?

My brother bought the edition that comes with all the DLC, he didn't know you could eventually buy everything with fight money.  Anywho, I got the Hori Fighting Commander 4 from Fry's.  Feels a little cheap, but I enjoy having all the face buttons again, Share button is far from the D-Pad so i don't accidentally press it when I start panicking.

As far as the stage goes, you'll be able to play on the stage even if you didnt buy it.  Just like costumes or colors you didn't unlock or buy, you'll see them online.

I am starting to get in to this game. I use Ryu cause I want to learn the game before I explore. I just play ranked matches. Is there anything else I should be doing? How do I unlock skins etc.?

When I started MK9 I just played online until I figured it out. Now in MK9. X, and Injustice I am off the chain

Is this possible for SFV?
