Might have to stay away from the water for now, or at least until I get better weapons.

on the 360.

Although it's a sequel, it's NOTHING like the first one.

local mom n pop store has the 360 version, gotta wait till monday after 2 to get the ps3 version....

i believe misterj posted that the ps3 version has some exclusive content
 
This wasn't even on my radar, but after reading through this thread I decided to download it. How does the multiplayer part tie in with the main storyline? Or are they one and the same? I'm imagining an MMO type deal, but I may be wrong.

Well apparently the entire single world is accessible in multiplayer. You can explore it in "free roam" by yourself or with your posse. Or they they have specific gamemodes, deathmatch, capture the gold, team deathmatch, etc. that you can do. I don't know if it specifically any storylines from single player will be in, but that's what I have gathered from reading previews and watching vids on the game. It looks to be GTA on steroids set in the Wild West, instead of cars, you are jacking horses

. But seriously game looks incredible. Rockstar comes with ANOTHER banger.
 
You'll only be able to play with 16 people though (maximum)
Should have made to 30 or so.

My only gripe so far, though very small.

how many gang hideouts are there roughly?

what i noticed about the game is that yhe aiming is similar to uncharted and even when u get shot the blood shows on the screen like uncharted

anybody started any teams yet?
