News On Future Films Based on Comics/Paranormal/Sci-Fi

^I didnt know he was that bad. Apparantly he asked an audience "How many of you know Martian Manhunter? Now how many people with their hands up have ever been laid?" :smh:

I liked dude when I knew nothing of him. He understands how to write a DC movie for people who aren't DC fans. Tho he seems to have trouble pleasing both.

I can't handle disrespect to the people who make you rich.

PS: Is he why you guys pretend TDK trilogy wasnt ridiculously good?

TDK trilogy wasn't ridiculously good because it wasn't ridiculously good. People who harp on the failings of the plot and story attribute that more to Nolan than Goyer anyway.

eric wasnt playin

my whole theater was jam packed and they all clapped and hooted and whistled when it was over

last movie i remembered that happened in was Man of Steel

Some people are easily entertained. I had no desire to watch MoS again and WB agreed as the sequel is now a JL prequel that's heavy on Batman.

I liked MoS but it wasnt standing ovation good. Nowhere near. Standing ovations should only be given if a movie is fantastic, great plot twist, or someyjing happened that was long over due

For someone who has seen DOFP can someone explain mystique's motivations for going after the senator and to keep going.. I've read the wiki plot breakdown

In the comic she doesn't have the history created in first class.. In the cartoon there are external factors

Only movies I've been in that got standing ovations were Iron Man and TDK...

Cloverfield has a little ovation but mainly it was dudes yelling "Holy ****!".. Cloverfield might actually be the best movie theater experiences I've ever had.

I remember people booing Superman Returns

I think Tatum as gambit would be one of their better decisions so IDGAF.

Anway looks like there will be a Star Wars every December

Not sure how they are gonna be different from each other. Could get tiring.

Edgar wright left Ant-Man.

WoW!

In a surprise announcement, Edgar Wright has left Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man” as its director, the company said Friday.

Marvel already has tapped a new director, but has yet to reveal who landed the job.

The company and Wright parted ways “due to differences in their vision of the film,” Marvel and the director said in a statement.

The decision to move on is amicable, they added, and does not impact the release date on July 17, 2015.

Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas and Evangeline Lilly star in the film, with Corey Stoll, Michael Pena and Patrick Wilson.

In addition to helming, Wright also co-wrote the script with Joe Cornish (“Attack the Block”).
