I am pretty sure it was indeed confirmed that Baron Von Strucker would be defeated in the first couple minutes a long time ago so this might be legit

I just copied and pasted from what I put in the BVS Thread. Thought I'd put it here too.


According to Nikki Finke (formerly of Deadline Hollywood) & El Mayimbe confirmed some stuff.

- May 2017 for Justice League confirmed.

- Following may possibly be announced at WB's panel at Comic-Con.

July 2016 – Shazam
Xmas 2016 – Sandman
May 2017 – Justice League
July 2017 – Wonder Woman
Xmas 2017 – Flash and Green Lantern team-up
May 2018 – Man Of Steel 2"

...after reading those supposed movie release dates, I'm glad I was banned :rofl:
 
The only problem I have is that Flash should have his own movie. Let other Justice League members show up in it, because it's always dope when other superheroes make appearances, but let Flash cook on his own.

Also, after what they did with Quick in Days of Future Past. I'm hype for seeing Flash on the big screen. There's so many cool things they could do with the speed effects.
 
The thing is they have a FLash TV Show coming up so that should cover any origins story they need to tell, same with GL and that is probably why they coupled them up in one film?


Again, that is from a "source" and it wasn't even confirmed and some are already saying they are "done" and glad to be banned from the thread because of the release date? The release dates? Really? That's the main concern? And that an unconfirmed news called another film MoS? :rofl: That just very sad and pathetic.
 
GL and Flash were portrayed as best friends in the animated movie that just came out. People aren't dumb enough to give GL another chance after that atrocity. He has to be grouped with someone.

I didnt even know there is a BvS thread. Already? Is there an Avengers 2 thread for info on the good cinematic universe?

You believe the Flash they're using in the tv show is going to be the one used in the movie?

:lol: Going off WB's practices and trends so far I think not.
 
Oh, I don't think they'll use Gustin in the movie, I'm just saying the show might be the reason why they aren't doing a Flash solo origin film.

There has been rumors that if the show does well enough that both Gustin and Amell (Arrow) might just make movie appearances. I don't see it happening but it was a rumor nonetheless.
 
So apparantly Nikki Finke has apparently always been on point.

Still tho. These clowns did say BvS would come out next year. Now they saying they needed time to springboard the universe. What they really mean is they didnt want it with Avengers 2.

I was hoping Ms. Marvel or BW would have a female movie first tho.

People were saying that asian / white girl on aos could become Ms. Marvel. I want them to cast a hot actress for that role.
 
WB has finally admit BvS is a JL prequel and not a MoS sequel :lol:

But yeah that line up has to be fake.. Having your films that closely lined up is ******ed
 
Nikki just created her own news site after being outed from the one she created (Deadline)...

And apparently has a rep for reporting 'off the record' conversations.

Personally I think she jumped the gun on this.. I find it hard to believe that WB will have their stuff together in such a short amount of time.

The fatigue is coming :smh:

If that's the case I still don't see what one has to do with the other. You'll use two different actors but assume ppl going to see the movie have all watched the tv show? or just tell them go watch he tv show to figure out his origin when most likely in the movie it'll be different.

Like I said I get the feeling out of all of them on the list (ignoring WW) that's movie is the most fake one you'd try to get ppl to believe. They're pretty much telegraphing that they're aiming for Flash and GL to be a duo everybody loves in the JL movie if that list is in their plans.

Fatigue will not make these unprofitable tho. Not everyone sees every movie, as you can tell by how much Avengers sold compared to IH. Out of that whole lineup, if the rumor is true, I'm only seeing two of those flicks. Maybe 3 with good word of mouth.
 
What movies in the genre are considered flops? green lantern? Don't know if jonah hex is considered in that genre.
