It was okay. I think it didn't do that well over time. I remember it started good. I also bet those X-Men obligations took up his time.

Then all those over Resident Evil, Underworld, Twilight flicks took up space for that type of movie and drowned out their chances for a sequel.
 
Momoa playing Aquaman is the only good casting decision so far. And apparently Darkseid is the villain.



Between Darkseid, Thanos, and Apocalypse I wonder if audiences will be confused over the next few years? And it doesnt help that Darkseid is from Apokolips

so i just watched The Wolverine again last night for the first time since it came out in theaters, i bought the BluRay XMen Collection with all six movies on Best Buys Deal of The Day for $25 2 weeks back. Boy did it suck. Viper was horrible, the love story was horrible and took wayyyy too much screen time and Silver Samurai was a waste of a cool villain.

one thing i did really like was the alternate ending (dont think i remember seeing this in theaters) showing Wolverines Brown/Yellow suit. :smokin :smokin :smokin

i really think its time we start seeing these characters in spandex. as big as these cbm's have gotten i dont see why its not standard for all of them now.

seriously, whats Batman Superman and SpiderMan without their suits? I WANNA SEE SOME BLUE AND YELLOW PEOPLE!!!

sidebar, why XMen Evolution only got one season? started watching it over the weekend on Netflix and i thought it was alright. also they took off the originals from Netflix SMH i never got to finish watching them all!!!
 
^^I'm pretty sure X-Men: Evolution got like 3 or 4 seasons

Wolverine and the X-Men only got 1 season and that show was so much better, should have done a 2nd one with Apocalypse as the main villain

The company that made Wolverine and the X-Men went bankrupt. The show got cancelled due to funding issues, which is a lot better than getting cancelled for no reason.
 
Those two got cancelled because they werent selling any toys. That's what "missed target demographic" means. That you either have female fans or fans that are too old to buy that crap. Makes you wonder why they don't just make better toys.

And if you ask why tv shows are so stupid these days, it's on purpose as you can see.
 


Seriously tho, the decepticon that could transform into a person :smh: The movie was dropped from a 4/10 to a 2/10 just because of that.

I haven't watched any of these animated super things since B:TAS and Beyond

I keep hearing DC is doing work. Any of them around that level? Or they're good for what they are?
 
IDK what that is.

Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes is definitely worth the watch. Not as good as JL and JLU but still really good.

Everyone should check out Spec Spiderman. It just came out on BR recently. If I recall correctly there were licensing issues. I didn't watch when it was on air because of the animation but that style actually yielded some great fight scenes. The story and characters were top notch as well.
