News On Future Films Based on Comics/Paranormal/Sci-Fi

Sin City 2 was actually solid, IMO. I didn't think the B&W w/ 3D would work well together, but it was a visually good film. The story left a lot to be desired, but Eva Green made up for it.

 What gets me about Sin City 2 and this 6 mil opening day is before we even get to the budget of the film you can tell that they spent millions on promotion. I've seen ads and commercials for what feels like almost 2 months prior to release with heavy promo in the past few weeks.

I feel after The Spirit nobody was gonna be hyped to come watch this and not cuz of Miller's name but just associating the look of the movies with each other.

Every promotion and commercial should've talked about how you'll see Eva Green's beautiful boobs in the movie.

those Sin City Box office numbers :x

 Robert Rodriguez just killed his career. He's done.
TBT the advertising for this film was trash. I dont recall seeing one piece of promo besides the posters.

I really want Joaquin as Dr Strange, but I think Huston would be great, too.
I haven't seen Jack anywhere else to know how hell be. But he looks exactly like some artist depictions of strange.

did you even see the movie? turtles was good
Said no one ever

Wow. Sin City had commercials nonstop for weeks! shocked its doing so bad

The movie was just 9 years too late to be honest. Everything that made it a must watch is common place now. Just like with 300 2.

From first look I actually thought it was a Dark Elf because of the mask.

I don't think that'll be his final costume though if that is indeed from the film.

Why?

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lakeshore Entertainment has decided to reboot their very lucrative Underworld franchise. They've hired Cory Goodman to pen the reboot. Goodman is responsible for writing Paul Bettany's Priest (2011) and Vin Diesel's upcoming film, The Last Witch Hunter, which is current in production.

And without Beckinsale? :smh: They're gon' have to find someone that is as hot if not much hotter looking chick to slip into that spandex.

What are the odds it'll be Megan Fox?

Won't be hard to find somebody as hot or hotter but I don't think it's a good idea to reboot it if it's gonna be the same ol trash. Maybe Beckinsale can move on to something better franchise wise.

I was hyped for Bettany's Preist and it wasn't that good. So that's not the best endorsement.
