I'm liking how Bishop looks in the upcoming film. I also am kinda digging the new uni's they have on...Must be them in the future, right?

The Wolverine picture where he has gray hair, looks like he's wearing blue and yellow! Well...that's just me.

The simple fact that Jim lee has never been involved in any of these xmen films in terms of design lets me know FOX doesn't take these films that serious

Lee is contracted at DC, he is actually a co-publisher there. Hell he designed the new 53 costumes.

Plus there really isn't anything he can do for the XMen films, I mean all the source material is there if they want to copy his designs, they do not need his personal feedback especially since he is a major part of the competition.

I know he works for DC now but a big reason the xmen franchise is as popular as it is today is due to his uncanny xmen designs and the early 90's animated series. Jim lee revived those character for a new gen and I feel like his involvement in costume designs and character designs could've took this franchise in a way more positive direction.... I mean how is 6ft Hugh jackman playing 5'5 wolverine

EH, Jackman being an accurate representation of Wolverine discussion has been beaten to death. It really is no different than RDJ being 5'8" playing while he is suppose to be 6" tall.

I mean do you really want them to look for a stocky 5'5" guy who looks like Wolverine and act well and slouches the whole film? You just can't go casting actors based on exact comic book dimensions or else you'd be limited to very few actors that can't act that great that much or cost too much.

As for the costume, wearing colored spandex is hard to pull off and really, the way people hate the XMen films, a yellow and blue spandex wouldn't help and it'll just look cheesier, even less people would take it seriously. You also have to keep in mind, this was the first foray of mainstream comic book films, before it was Blade and it was all black really. A colorful spandex is just not going to work back then.

I know what Jim Lee did and what he has meant to the Marvel universe but I really see a reason how consulting him will help those XMen films, those who hate them now will still hate them because of the story and not just the costume.

I thought Wolverine was 5'3. Having a jacked up ****** playing the character would've been really distracting. If he was wearing the yellow and blue costume it would've been double the distraction and weird.

I don't know, man. This looks pretty damn good and there's still room for tweaking.

But they need to release that Deadpool test footage asap already.

That isn't even an original Wolverine costume, the one in discussion is Jim Lees design. That mask is just going to impossible to replicate in real life.

However, it certainly can be done today, especially with better resources and people being used to looking at Spiderman and Superman costumes. Something like this (also Jim Lees design) w/o the mask, w/o the shoulder plating and make the pants black or dark blue minus those pointy things on the boots and it can look good and work.

Looks better than any movie costume he's ever had so you gotta start somewhere. Looks dope to me :smokin

I wonder if they'll have Wolverine wear the blue and yellow with the mask, just to make us fans happy. lol.

I definetely don't want that yellow and blue crap. It'd be 100 times worse in live action. Give me brown/tan/burgundy costume any day.

Also, FOX doesn't need Lee for designs. That'd just be wasting money or looking to cash in on his name. As already said you could just look at his old designs and modify them.

Someone find a pic of a cool Wolverine cosplay costume. There must be at least one at comicon.

Last year I saw a hot blonde dressed up as Ms. Marvel and i'm still drooling.

These are probably the best one with the mask you'll ever find.

Rumor: Warner Bros. Mulling a Batman Beyond Live-Action Movie
Could the studio be looking at a feature based on the TV toon?
by Jim Vejvoda JULY 17, 2013

Warner Bros., which had previously had a live-action Batman Beyond movie in development before going with Christopher Nolan's Batman reboot, is now said to be kicking around resurrecting their feature film adaptation of the animated TV series.

(In case you somehow forgot, the animated series saw an aging Bruce Wayne train his successor, 17-year-old high-school student Terry McGinnis, to protect Gotham City in the 21st century.)

Batman-on-Film claims that such a movie is back "on the table" and that it would have nothing to do with the Nolan Batman universe, which is now done for good.

What would a Batman Beyond film mean for what if any plans Warner Bros. might have for a larger DC universe on the big screen? As BoF suggests, the "'in his prime' Bruce Wayne Batman could potentially be in a team-up film, while the aged and retired Bruce Wayne Batman would be the version of the same character in the Beyond solo films. Think 'non-linear' -- same Batman, different time periods."

What do you think of a Batman Beyond live-action movie? Sound off in the Comments below!
i was watching the series over on netflix last night and thinking a movie would be super dope. i mean look at dude in the bottom right.

the face paint is similar to heath ledgars joker and the movie has potential to be very dark and one of the best batman movies if made right.

If they're gonna make a Beyond one, they can just adapt the "Return Of The Joker" animated movie. That'd be darn good.

yeah i don't think that'd be good for the first movie. i'd personally like to see the origin of powers, the same as the cartoon series. if they'd stick closely to the first few episodes of the animated series the movie could be one of the greatest superhero movies ever.

Not for the first movie but I'd like to see it.

I want to see the one where old Amanda Waller mind ***** Terry and reveals that Bruce is his real father.

Yeah, might be better off with the origin first. It's just that Return of the Joker is just so darn good :smokin

That one with Waller you're referring to was the JLU episode right? Epilogue, I think.

Read somewhere that Vin Diesel‬ said at SDCC that some big ‪‎Marvel‬ news is coming at the end of the month. Guess they signed him for a major role then. Phase 3 perhaps?
