News On Future Films Based on Comics/Paranormal/Sci-Fi

Too bad. Ed Norton was the better bruce banner. Come on. On what planet does Ruffalo look like Banner? On top of that he is a garbage actor who aint got **** on Norton (yah I said it)

i wouldnt say Ruffalo is garbage, i think he fits the scientist look more than Norton could, but Norton is without a doubt the better actor.

Anyway I subscribe to WatchMojo on youtube. They have this Superhero and Supervillain Origins series. Here is the winter Soldiers.

EDIT: And here is Guardians of the Galaxy. I didnt even know the 2008 comics were a reboot until I saw this.

Not a reboot really. There just weren't any GotG comics for like a decade and given that writers changed some little things and formed a new team in the present in the MU.

Yeah, I'm convinced in the early one on one preliminary meetings with the actors Ed must've ******* on one of Whedon's or Feige's ideas about the movie or about the Hulk.

Personally thought Feige was full of crap regarding Norton. The fallout had to come from Marvel editing the movie contrary to how Ed wrote it.

Norton was good. Better than Bana, but I don't mind Ruffalo. I think he saved the movie slightly. I feel like a lot of people were holding their breath when he was introduced in the film. I could literally hear a big exhale in the theater when he nailed that first impression.

So here is a big big question that is getting at me. Does Marvel own the Silver Surfer now or is he still with Fox because of FF2? Technically he is not a mutant. Does Fox also own Galactus because he was mentioned in FF2, but not really seen?

I actually wish someone would question Ed. Don't think he's commented at all, only his agent.

I can see him taking shots if he ended up as a DC hero

SS and Big G are tied with FF. Marvel tried to get them back but fox said no.

IDK if this is accurate. Found this a while ago. But it list which characters are under which contracts and Silver Surfer was not mentioned in F4 nor is Deadpool mentioned in X-Men. However don't know how reputable the site is. Never heard of it until I found this article (scroll down). But it isnt professionally written.

From what I heard Fox has a Deadpool script written in order not to lose the rights.

Thing is outdated because some of those properties returned to Marvel like DD and GR but Deadpool is listed under the XMen list, they just have him listed as a mutant.

Galactus and SS are in the F4 world for Fox, mutant or not.

So the Deadpool movie is just going to ignore everything that happened in the wolverine movie right? I guess it has to since they turned him into barakkaclops and killed him. Fecal writing and decisions on fox's part.

Beware the Batman has been pulled from Cartoon Network's schedule. To dispel rumors of cancellation, Anthony Bolivar (Batman) tweeted that it's coming back in January and that the first season was still in development. An article I read noted that it was odd seeing that it's being advertised in McDonald's newest Happy Meal commercials. According to an IGN editorial, the show has worse ratings than Teen Titans Go. Two different shows completely so that would make sense. Beware the Batman is geared towards an older crowd. Whatever the case is, I'm getting a very bad vibe from this. Young Justice and Thundercats all over again.

I agree. CN has been a bad network for a minute now. They're looking a lot like how FOX was years back. Doesn't help that a cartoon's fate is dictated by toy sales as evidenced by YJ and Thundercats. This is easily a top show for the network which is desperately lagging in content.

The squandered potential of that thundercat series :smh: I mean mumm-ra had a coffin that was a tank, A COFFFIN AS A TANK! What more do kids want in this day and age?!

I haven't watched CN like that in years so I can't even say it fell off. Any time I tune it aint for long. Seems that revival of Toonami is over. I only mess with Adult Swim really and with tie constraints I end up only watching on demand anyway.

That market for superhero or just plain action/adventure shows for pre-teens airing after school and (good shows) on Saturday mornings does not exist anymore. Cartoons or anime for teens are better off on the internet (where you can check the subs).
He can't be killed because of his healing factor right?
Well usually decapitation gets the job done but they can take it overboard and just ignore that.

Could have sworn Deadpool was liquefied and still regenerated (in the comics)?

The 80s series wasn't as good as people make it out to seem. I've seen the OG series as well.
