News On Future Films Based on Comics/Paranormal/Sci-Fi

So the Deadpool movie is just going to ignore everything that happened in the wolverine movie right? I guess it has to since they turned him into barakkaclops and killed him. Fecal writing and decisions on fox's part.

I think they are rebooting the universe with Deadpool and X-Force. Those were the rumors at least.

He can't be killed because of his healing factor right?
They use to be able to kill him by blowing up his head or something. Headpool (an alt universe version of deadpool) got killed by being blown up in a microwave. But then again Deadpool has survived being shot in the head so IDK. Also his body can't heal unless it is attached to his head.

Also his regenerative abilities are based on his emotional state so he heals much faster when he is happy so I think it has something to do with that too.

I agree. CN has been a bad network for a minute now. They're looking a lot like how FOX was years back. Doesn't help that a cartoon's fate is dictated by toy sales as evidenced by YJ and Thundercats. This is easily a top show for the network which is desperately lagging in content.

Fox wasnt bad in the 90s. They had all the Marvel cartoons (at least in London where I was living at the time)

I meant FOX the network, not FOX Kids. FOX was notorious for cancelling shows before their potential was met.

Also I have a question about the Marvel universe
What is the Aether? That seems to be the main item in Thor 2 and also why is the power gem attached it? And why is the mind gem attached to Loki's staff?

Also is that Falcon in the Cpt America trailer?

Ohh. Well when you have some of the most watched show in television as a part of your roster I doubt they care about the feelings of a few million fans.

Even when American Idol was on the scene, FOX was the worst major network. They didn't have any memorable programming worth mentioning until 24 and House hit the scene. The Simpsons, Mad TV and Family Guy among other FOX properties would rip on them regularly.

That is falcon in the cap trailer. As for the question in the spoiler I can't answer it yet but Feige may have bitten off more than he can chew but Whedon will clean it up. I saw it coming a mile away :smokin

I don't know what the aether is yet cuz I aint seen Thor (I did read about the post credits scenes though). Probably something new they created for the movie or something old from the comics cuz a lot of wild magic/fantasy **** goes on in Thor's comic. As far as the gems they seem to just be attaching them to things to use and nobody is outright identifying them as the gems. I mean we saw the gauntlet in Asgard already.

There's no back story on how Loki got the gem (or I should say how Thanos got it and why he gave it to Loki) all we know from Avengers is that he can control minds with it which he didn't use that well.

I am not saying it is a good network. I am saying they have the most watched shows on TV. They don't give a **** about a show with a measly few million followers no matter how good the show is. This is a Rupert Murdoch company ffs. In all his companies he does nothing but spread filth to those naive enough to believe him and cash in on it.

But the collector said "One down five to go. If it aint the gems what else could it be?

But the gems do seem to be attached to the gauntlet in Odin's vault

However there is no indication that Loki didnt straight up steal the gems without it being shown on screen in the time between Thor and The Avengers. After all Malekith and Loki were partners for a while.

and I feel like this movie is loosely based of that story arc.

Also does no one find it funny that the ice giants ran straight past the infinity gauntlet in the vault?

Also I forgot to ask is Lex Luthor confirmed as Superman/Batman's main rival? Will they do the two villains per movie thing? The only good thing I have to say about Superman comics is Brainiac. He deserves his own movie as far as I am concerned.

In Avengers, Loki is given the staff with the gem in it. He didn't steal it. They made reference to his partners giving him new found partner; the staff.

The Collector saying 1 down 5 to go is referring to the gems but this stuff about the aether is just something they made up. Whether it's a thing a name for a gem or all of them I don't know.

Ice giants probably aint know what it was for or what it could do. Odin got secrets for days.

Yup. In the comics it is super accelerated. He can be decapitated but usually has to attach his head to his body. He can't grow a whole new one. Even though he has been blown up real good once or twice.

In the 90's his healing factor was strong but not that strong.

Ben Kingsley's Secret MARVEL Project Has Been Uncovered

According to sources, Marvel wants to make it up to fans so in the one shot, the REAL Mandarin is furious with Aldrich Killian and Ben Kingsley’s character Trevor Slattery for the mockery they made of the real Mandarin’s identity and legacy. The real Mandarin wants to set the record straight.

Yes, the REAL Mandarin.

How is he going to set the record straight? That I don’t know. Who is going to play the real Mandarin? Don’t know either. Wait and see. - El Mayimbe

Ben Affleck's Cowl & Batmobile For BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN

A week ago, a source for Batman on Film, informed the site that the Batmobile is being designed and built by General Motors at the GM Advanced Design Studio in North Hollywood. Their source, stressed that the new Batmobile would not look like the Tumbler, as seen in Chris Nolan's Batman trilogy.

How about Ben Affleck's costume? We have a bit of info about Batman's cowl. Which in the comics and movies has been used to conceal Bruce Wayne's identity and to add to his imposing and intimidating presence. My source tells me that current cowl designs resemble the Caped Crusader's look in Batman: Noël. Which is a 2011 graphic novel written and illustrated by Lee Bermejo, based on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. They also explored concepts that looked like Injustice: Gods Among Us designs, but ultimately passed on those because they were too similar to Nolan's costume.

^ I like the look of the logo on the chest attached to the cape and cowl.

After watching the Justice League: War trailer, I really like the chin strap on the mask too. I hope they add that in.
