NT's LEGAL Gun Thread UPDATE...First Youtube Firearm Review Page 61

Looking at getting a shotgun mossberg 500 to be exact which variant would y'all recommend

590 a1

but really, any mossberg 500 will do.

I'd like to get a 590a1 and put a nice set of wood stocks and forend on it. Wood and steel > any tactical derped gun

 yeah. That pistol grip pump is terrible looking. 250 isn't a bad price but you're going to have to drop a bunch making it look right. Don't know why it has a huge barrel and pistol grip everything.

I'd keep looking. Look for a Remington 870 as well. Those are less likely to be derped out and the pump action is like butter.

If you can't find anything around you gun broker is legit. I got one gun off there, it was basically like eBay with one phone call and a pick up at a gun store.

+1 on the Remington 870 pump action. I didn't like the feel of the Mossberg pump for the short time I owned it, especially compared to the Remington.

Don't forget to check out Armslist. Meeting Face-to-Face is not for everyone, but some sellers offer to ship to a FFL, and plenty of gun shops advertise their own inventory on there, too. If nothing else, it can be helpful to see what prices the gun you are looking at it is going for in your area.

Good looking out fellas. Guess I'll keep looking

Gonna go to the hi range this weekend with some homies to celebrate my bday and try to find a gun i like, think that would be a smart rout to take

Speaking of Mossbergs

I'm not sure if this has been discussed. What do you guys think of the Mossberg 715 Tactical 22 Long Rifle

1826749

I heard it's a fun gun to shoot. It's cheap and so is the ammo
can't go wrong with a Mossberg or Remington really, can buy a lot for them, and it's not plastic like the 88.

Dont ever think about purchasing this weapon. Its beyond garbage. I bet itd break if you dropped it on concrete. Jammoatics. Just read the reviews. My boy tried to convince hinself his wasnt the worst purchase he ever made but he agrees now haha cant even sell it on armslist.

The mp15/22 is everything theossberg wants to be and so much more. Love mine.

All from a 1911/.45 ACP. It seems like I can group bigger calibers better for some reason

Lotta people claim that the backwards nature of the kick of a bigger round is better suited for tight follow up shots. 9 and 40 tend to be more snappy and make the barrel jump instead of recoil back into your hand. Im not anything close to a scientist but i imagine thats overstated some. At the end of the day your controlling an explosion with your hand

Good to see you back in here homie :pimp: I love 9mm and .40 too, with me it's not the caliber I hate it's the specific gun/trigger/sights etc. Im a decent shot but with some guns it's literally a math equation to get a good group no matter what caliber.

Lookin to get a new glock....what yall usin for EDC?

Cant go wrong with a g43 bro. It's so slim. I edc a g26, gotten used to it but i wouldnt mind a g43. Tried it at the gun show and it's so much easier to conceal. I will pick one up for the wife.

Might get my g37 slide gold plated

That seems like a good waste of money. If it was me, I'd invest in buying more GAP ammo.

There aint much sense putting a ton of money into customizing the look of commonly available guns like glocks or m&p's. Unless you're 100% you'll never get rid of it, you'll never get that money back.

At the same time, if it makes you feel good, and you like it, and isn't unsafe, then do you.

I've read about the pros of .45 GAP, but one of my criteria for selecting guns is that it is in a caliber that is easy to find (and has been popular for decades). One of the best side effects of plentiful supply is that it drives prices down.

Even still, it seems like now would be a good time for people with any caliber to stock up before there's another ammo shortage at the end of this upcoming year. It seems inevitable to me that another Democrat will be elected President in November, which has already proven to scare gun owners into buying frenzies...

For what it's worth, I don't like either party (Democrats or Republicans)...

bros i've been feenin for a sig p226 so bad.....just waiting on a good deal to pass by

Definitely pull the trigger on that, pun intended. Zero problems with my 226. Only thing I've done to it is put in a lasermax guide rod, still no issues after probably ~500 rounds (various hollow points, ball ammo/reloads)

Thoughts on S&W M&p 45??? A buddy of mine is getting rid of one for the low, gone through less than 500rds
