Same midsole as the Air Max (Up)Tempo.... which are bound to come around again soon.
 
imo, the retros look better than the OGs, but keep in mind this is coming from from someone who never had these and never liked em. nothing has changed, btw.

Same here.

I was/am a big fan of both the air CB34 and air max CB4 II, but for some odd reason I never liked these.
It's several things like the bands across the laces, or the way the leather rand on the upper kind of zig's across the entire shoe from the top across the toe.
Come to think of it I never really liked CB's kicks other than the 2 previously mentioned.

Yep, I liked the first three, and then it was a wrap for the Barkley line for me.
 
These joints are a definite pick up. And whatever changes they may have made to the OGs make no difference to me cause i just got into the sneaker game. So its officially another one added to the collection.
 
Disregarding the air unit size, I think the retros look better with the colored air units... Any word on the white cw dropping?
 
i never had ogs but i liked them a lot. gonna get these even tho they are a little different.

That was my first reaction too; I'm really surprised the retros look this bad. SMH
 
Aren't these going to be $160? And these are cool but the bands over the laces are a nightmare for wide/fat feet.
 
Not too opposed by the way the retros look....still would make a tough durable shoe. Obviously the air bubble is smaller, and the shoe itself is somewhat toned down from the OG but I don't mind too much.....probably will cop like I've been doing most Barkley retros the last few years.
