After Monday's win, Kobe Bryant holds the record for most consecutive30-point games on the road with a chance to clinch a playoff series.

It seems like more of a random stat than a record. It's not like kids grow up saying that they want to have the most consecutive 30-point games on the road with a chance to clinch a playoff series.

Baylor has 0 rings. Robertson 1.  That stat didn't do much for them.

Even the stat that Kobe was the first player to string together four straight 30-point games against the Jazz seemed meaningless.  A "neat-o" stat, nothing more.

But if it read Jordan at the top, I could guarantee some spitz would use this as another reason why Mike was the GOAT.

Considering how many legit records Mike has, the amount of random ones he must have by far exceeds the need for him to have this one as a reason as to why he's the GOAT.

Interesting is a bit of an exaggeration.

Seems like OP made the thread to imply Kobe > Jordan in clutch situations.
