i had a pair of og aquas for 13 years and sold um just last year. NEVER did they crumble.

like i said, i had an og pair for 13 years and the retro doesnt even come CLOSE to the nubuck used on the ogs...

No cracks or fades. only thing ever happen to the nubuck is it got scuffed and became shiny.

The mutilcolored insoles and sparkled midsoles isn't a big deal. However, like I mentioned before it's the tiny details that JB changed that makes the OG's better...

And for the record I do own a pair of OG Aqua's. However, I'm not stupid enough to bust 'em out. I know for a fact that they'd crumble. Then again, it's a 14 year old shoe. The way retros are made, I'd be surprised if they lasted 5.

This forum is BUILT on nitpickin. I definitely do it because details mean something to me. But don't act like you don't do the same.
