Meh, I'm not a fan of where his career has gone.
He's got the full fledged west coast gangsta rap thing going and I've never been a fan of West coast gangsta rap.
I grew up on YG and YG had the LA hits. Like cult classic slap records. Those are like, gone now in favor of Gangsta rap and as you can see, it's not doing nearly as well in the marketplace. He don't have nearly the hits that he did on his first album. The reason why YG rose to prominence is because of DJ Mustard largely.

Ehhh, there's plenty of producers who could replicate that Mustard sound but I can see why he didn't go that route.Him and Mustard had a falling out what he supposed to stop working ?

And i'm not saying Still Brazy isn't good or anything, i'm just not a fan of it and miss the YG who delivered the slaps.

I advise you to listen to the album of 2016, once more. YG's album discography is damn near flawless. "My Krazy Life" & "Still Brazy" are back to back classics. You must not be listening right, my dude. YG got the West Coast on lock.

Which is why it didn't do good commercially. No one is listening to that album. Especially compared to his first. Everyone was jamming that. He had JOINTS on there...can't even name one song off this new **** besides the drake feature which was more charity. If not for that song no one would even know about his album

It ain't sell as good cuz he ain't have a single as big as My _. And since you rely so much what's commercial those same commercial people gave it great reviews.
