40k honestly is not even good money. Don't sweat it .... Just take it as an experience for your next interview.

I think one of the biggest mistake people do is apply to the jobs they really want first and then settle for what ever is next.

It should be the other way around ... Apply for jobs that dsmn if they do damn if they don't just for experience and practice and when you have nailed down apply for what you really want.

In the mean time get yourself some business cards and handed out anytime you see an opportunity. Also work on your same pitch . . who are you what you offer and why are you an asset. Don't be afraid to bring that up when you catch someone on the streets is job fair or the likes.

Oh and don't take a great vibe and atmosphere and bring negativity into it. A simple the job is great and in only leaving because I feel I can grow more in your company. Otherwise I would stay happy where I am.

How do you know that's not how they're transported? How many times have you seen a giraffe transported in your life?

And to dude who lost the job., always spin it into a positive. Management sucks, say you want more professional development, Also they definitely could have not hired you for a bunch of different reasons but that was the best excuse possible. I work in recruiting and I've seen candidates not get jobs for absurd reasons, but our HR practice is to not disclose with folks why they didn't get the job.

Yeah if you want to be technical, then they most likely feel cooler because thats how the people around them talk.

I'm black, and I hate that just because i speak well people ask me why am I trying to sound white.

But reality has it, when most see syntax like this, they will directly think black person. And I when I first read it thought that it was a white person making fun of black people with a very experienced based imaginative story. It could just actually be a white person in their nature element(most likely not), or it could be some black person with good spelling that likes to use bits of ebonics and tons of capital letters..

So, either I was over analyzing a tab bit, or its some dude trying to be funny.. The big over emphasized parts dealing with race in the story kinda spoiled he story..
 
Sad no doubt, however this country does far worse to animals. That treatment could be considered humane by slaughterhouse standards.
