i was under the impression that she wasnt home and returned home to shoot him

as in already armed she aint have to go in the house to get the gun

thats premeditation to me

like she went there with the intent of taking that boys life

the authorities were already notified

she put herself in direct danger that youre saying she should been afraid of
He put himself in direct danger FIRST though.

The young man could have learned from Mr. Miyagi when he told Daniel  "Best way to block a punch....not be there".

Once you cross that threshold....that yo *** Mr. Postman. No matter the circumstances.

Shoot, I believe in Texas it not even crossing the threshold, its once youre in the yard.
Look we all get the concept. But we are talking about the value of a human life period..

Example... I'm not saying this kid was smart or destined for greatness, but malcolm x used to do B&E's all day. What if dude got chopped down on one of those jobs..

It just feels like people just want to shoot people and commit murder for the hell of it or because they can. It seems evil and unhuman from and intent stand point. A lot of the people that feel this way are Christians, and on the commandments it says though shall not kill. Which I understand is not literal, because killing in the realm of self preservation would be morally and spiritually justified. I just dont get the sentiment.

A lot of you guys sound like, a kid could cry and apologize and tell you hes walking towards the door to leave, and right when he turns the knob and is about to cross the threshold would just blast off.

Come in my house uninvited and you might get killed. Nothing complicated just a fact. People don't have time to figure out if you're just a minor threat or a major threat. People get killed in their own home all the time second guessing  the situation, If you are a burglar you know there are certain consequences, if you don't think you can deal with being killed don't be a burglar. That's all it comes down to.

Right, and dude valued material things more than his own life.

Breaking into someones home is a risk anyway you put.

Your're right , though. Some people shoot and kill just for the hell of it, just like some people want to steal other thing, just for the hell of it.

EDIT: Someone make a thread.

If a person was climbing out my window with nothing i dont think id shoot them. Like it wasn't a threat and no real harm was done...i mite bust one off in his direction to let em know i keeps da hammer but dats it mane.

Cats think shooting someone to kill them is an easy peezy thing.
But theres a psychological aspect to it....some people just physically cannot do it unless theres an immediate threat.

Now if i was chillin in my crib and somebody busted in yea im aiming for their head wit da rifle closed casket **** yo families tears.

And talking about the value of human life, there's over 7 billion people on this Earth. People will get killed for doing things like that. IMO, I wish more criminals would get capped like that. There's good people and bad people everywhere, and I'd rather it be the bad people that get caught like that.

Just like Jaryd Fogle getting his *** beat in prison after he molested children or that guy in North Korea getting sentenced to 15 years hard labor after he broke into private property and stole something that did not belong to him. That's the way it is. Learn how to behave. It's not that damn hard.

Use your brain. Risking your life for quick cash < Getting a job and earning your money (while earning skills and being valuable to your community etc)

since you are talking about the psychophysical aspect, there are some people that feel victimized when someone break into their property and are burglaries. To the point that is a violation just like rape.

Hell I know people that feel this way by just invading their privacy by reading their diaries.

You just never know who's house you entering and looting. You have assumed the risk of being gun down. Whether he stole nothing and was fleeing, you psychologically messed with someone head.

Oh i agree.

Take it another step further....say the boy was robbing a 2 story house and saw someone pull up....so he hopped out the window and somehow broke his leg...he's crawling away.....u gonna go up and put 2 in his dome? I think the person in this case would have done that.

Im just sayin im not wired like that....call it soft or watever u will....THE ONLY way im killing someone is if they are an immediate threat.

If someone is running away i dont see that as a threat

You son in North Korea is a bonafide idiot. Dude thought way to highly of his privilege. He deserves that ****. I wouldn't do anything jokingly in that space..

I'm just saying the world doesn't always work that way. Yeah, we have 7 billion people, so one life seems utterly insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

I guess it's just my peace/zen mentality. Some people are just way more heartless than I hoped. But every human in the US/World has the free will to make their own choices. We all handle things different.

But I do understand the fact that you have to make a quick decision sometimes, and that might mean death.. So you do what you have to do.

no sympathy for that dude breaking into that woman's home. Stealing from someone who has more than likely worked very hard for what they have in life makes you scum. And based on The comments and rationalization of his family members, I doubt he was a productive member of society.

Once you decide to commit a crime, one where you directly affect another human, you clearly have no regard for your own life. I'm not sure why anybody is that concerned since he wasn't himself. Dude chose his fate.

The guy who robbed North Korea was from UVA

He probably immediately said "YOU CAN'T ARREST ME, MY DAD IS A LAWYER!" like every other UVA frat bro.

Wonder when he realized North Koreans don't give a **** about US law or the kids privilage.

So the punishment for robbery is death?

There are dudes in prison who have stolen much more and do not get the death penalty.

There are dudes in prison who have raped and do not get the death penalty.

Alls im sayin is......if i came back to my place and seen a kid fleeing after a failed robbery attempt. ..i would not send him back to his maker

All I'm saying is that life isn't fair. But when you make a concious decision to be a criminal expect the worst and hope for the best. The best being that you don't get caught or you just go to jail, the worst... Death, cause as bad as you think you are, there is someone badder and that dude met that person that day. Is it sad? Sure. But when you do things that are wrong, invasive and damaging... Expect people in 2016 to take matters into their own hands. And to a degree, the law was on her side. Again, I'm not saying it's right, it's just what comes with the territory and you know that before doin your dirt.

In this particular situation. ...i wouldn't kill the boy.

I believe that at a certain time in your life you deserve a 2nd chance.

Lord knows ive had mine.

Im not fittin to take away everything hes ever going to be and everything hes going to have.

UNLESS hes willing to do the same to me.

If thats the case anyone can get it.

In this situation honestly i would probably let him be....if he stole something i would probably run him down and whoop his ***.

But i wouldn't take his life away.

Again thats just me and i understand people would react differently.

I can appreciate how you personally would handle the situation. I'm just saying in general, when you're a criminal, expect the worst cause a lot of people are tired of dealing with BS.

lol im gonna go ahead submit myself.. I figured since I have Florida plates and live in long island with no active marshal patrol I could just say F paying NYC parking tickets. Sike.. Lets just say they found me this  morning  and I wake up automatic boot on my car

I called them up  they are like you gotta pay $765 to get it off... Lets just say I had to eat that charge b... Funny thing is once you pay by credit card they generate you a code to take if off yourself. It was off in 20 mins NYC are hustlers man for real
