if you get white on black you need to have the black rims flat not shiny and windows tinted

Matte black rims. Just balances out the car but like others said you need tinted windows and depending on the car smoked lights work as well.

i think a nice set of silver wheels look best. looks closer to stock and doesn't make it look like a tuner head type of car.
