and here I go.
I'm looking into buying my first laptop.
I will not be doing anything other than
- Firefox for internet browsing. FB, Youtube .. nothing crazy. I don't play games or anything like that.
- Microsoft office for school projects. Mainly just Word and Powerpoint.
- Itunes. Downloading music and listening to it. I won't be downloading movies.
- Need a CD/DVD burner.
I really don't use the computer for anything other than basic things.
I want a laptop that will be fast, able to hold all my music and school work, and be reliable.
I need a decent battery life but don't plan on being on the laptop allllll the time.
Also, a big keyboard is a major plus.
Not looking to spend anything crazy but might shell out a little more $$$ if need be. I'd say $700-800 max budget.
I just really need help on what exactly I should be looking for and help comparing various laptops.
After doing a little bit of research, it seems like Asus and Toshiba laptops have been getting great reviews. IDK who to trust when it comes to reviews, though.
Let me know NT!
