I love AOSP stuff. There have just been a few tweaks in TW that I'm missing (better camera, signal issues, etc). It's a tough choice IMO

I have this same struggle. I've run Vanilla RootBox AOSP on my GS3 since the week I bought it maybe half of a year ago, but I'm so tempted to try a TW rom for that multi-window stuff, for a better battery life, and for stronger wi-fi/network connections.

I guess what's the big deal with trying, right? I can always go back to LiquidSmooth or some other AOSP rom.

Just saw the 9to5Google pictures. I love my 4, definitely looking forward to the new joint. I have a feeling Google will stick with the Nexus 4 name with this next phone, similar to how they did with the tablet. If they keep changing the number, we'll run into a problem after the Nexus 6; this might just be called the Nexus 4 (2013), and every new drop will be just be associated with its model year.

Just got my HTC One for Verizon. Phone is 
but I'm having withdrawal symptoms from my Note 2. It feels weird not having a gigantic phone anymore 
Hopefully I'll get used to it but if not then I'll probably check out the HTC One Max or Note 3 when they drop

Exactly. That's why we have android phones to begin with.
When (if) samsung releases a 4.3 version of TW for the S3 (assuming it comes out before CM 4.4 comes out), I'll try it out.

Does this charging base have trickle charge? The only reason I haven't gotten a base for this or my S4 is because some are saying that their devices get hot and they don't trickle charge and just constantly full charge them.

Question is what is the oldest Android phone you could live with if you were in my situation? I was thinking the Razer M since I see it going new for around $150-ish on Ebay with a clean ESN. Ok well I totally missed the part where Elder mentioned Verizon.
Just looked up the Razor M doesn't seem too bad.. kind of a small screen(personally) other than that it should do everything you'll need it to do

[COLOR=#red]Yeah that's what I was like as well...smaller than my liking. Seems like it's just good enough not to be annoying. One of my relatives gave me her BB Storm 2 and I absolutely hate it!! At least with anything Android my contacts automatically push down to the phone.
Razr M it is unless I get there are any other decent suggestions. This is the first time I've downgraded in awhile. Maybe I should just give in and pay a little more for used S4 or HTC One. I don't know. $350+ is more than I'm willing to part with.[/COLOR]

An alleged official press photo of the Google Nexus 5 has surfaced after the smartphone made severalappearances in the past weeks. The press shot of the Nexus 5 confirms the phone's exterior, while a good chunk of its specification sheet also leaked in a benchmarking website GFXBench.
It confirms the LG-made Nexus 5 is going to rock a Snapdragon 800 chipset with four 2.3GHz Krait 400 cores. On top of that, as with every Nexus smartphone, Google will debut a new version of Android. In the case of the Nexus 5, that'll be Android 4.4 KitKat. Nothing that the earlier FCC documents didn't specify, but still.
GFXBench reports the resolution of the Nexus 5 will be 1794 x 1080 (read 1920x1080). The codename of the device is reported as Hammerhead. Additionally, Google is reportedly going to make the LG Nexus 5 official by the end of October, if casemaker SPIGEN is to be believed (and we have a good reason to believe it is.)
The rest of the LG Nexus 5 specifications remain a mystery at this point. However, our educated guess is that there'll be 2GB of RAM and no microSD card slot. The Nexus 5 seems to be based on the LG G2, so a 13MP main camera isn't going to be a surprise.
