Yeah I mean it wasn't making sense that I sent like 5 texts the night I got it that were going through fine and then it just completely stopped sending.
Still not sure why it would do that but unrooting it seems to have fixed the issue.

That battery life is definitely something you can't look over.. Even though it's moving slow at least they got some rom options.

Yes, I've used a couple from Sprint and it works fine. You might have to break off a couple little pieces on the battery door cover in order for it to fit on the Verizon GNex.

I feel the same.. I don't recall having signal issues at work or home from previous devices but I'm sitting at two bars in my living room.. And at work 1 or no bars on lte have to switch to hspa
Don't know if it's the kangabean rom but today in at 3 hours unplugged and 1 on screen and the battery is at 83% not bad, not G2 beast.. But not bad

I have never owned a G2.. If I get another phone it will be a moto x then the G2 second.
From what I've seen the G2 put out in terms of battery yeah its better than I was getting on my 5s. The 5s standby was best but when you use it to browse Web it can drop quick.. I've seen graphs that show the G2 has best browsing time
But my 5s is better than my nexus.. I've gotten about 4 hours on screen the last two days. My 5s got the same maybe a little better.. Or it was the standby time that made it better cause when I didn't use it didn't fall

Just had my first day with my G2 I bought yesterday, battery is great!
Got right under 18 hours ( 430pm- 10am next day.. )
That's with mostly constant use and lot of screen time. Especially the first 2-3 hours of it uploading all my stuff and adding all my apps and changing settings to my liking and etc.
Pic taking, phone calls, lot of texts, playing music for a few hours, watching some 1080p youtube test videos,etc..
I approve.

That's def. Worse than the S3. I could get 13-14 he's 3 hours screen time when my battery was still good. And that was on the Sprint struggle network .
Looking its gonna come down to a G2 or S4

Im sure it'll take a few cycles before the battery gets calibrated... I wont judge the battery life just yet
