Is there any way I can get out of my Contract with Spritn before its offically up in March. I rarely get 4G anymore and I live in a metro area and even when I do have it, it runs slow and or times out nonstop. The fact that I am paying for this is very annoying.

(close to) Stock Google on the One :pimp:

Wish you could change icons with the GEL :frown:

anyone with kit kat need your help. i have 4.4.2 on n4.

as recent as 4.3, i was able to go on facebook, look at someone's picture, and via the options, select "save photo as" and i could proceed to save a photo for a contact saved in my phone.

i cannot find the "save photo as" feature anymore. am i missing something? are any of you guys seeing the same thing? :nerd: :nerd: :nerd:

If I remember right, there's the three dots on there now when a picture is shown. Have you hit that??

yea b thats the issue, that option doesn't show up anymore...as if google doesn't want people saving contact photos other than google+ photos...:nerd:

depending on how little u have left on ur contract u could just break it. ETF is dependent on how much left on contract. i paid a fee to pounce with 3 lines from verizon to tmobile. eventually id see the return. was getting fed up with verizon.

You could download sync.me if you want to sync FB photos to contacts.

If it's close to ending.. I agree just pay the eft to get away from that junk.
Never knew this. If its a family plan can I just terminate my line and leave? Cause IDK if anyone else would be willing to pay the fee.

yea i broke my family plan earlier this year. 3 lines. but 1 contract was up, another was almost done. so the ETF fee wasn't that bad for me. no point in staying with and paying for a carrier you are unhappy with. if ur gonna spend $$ on cell phone at least make sure you cool with who ur money is going to.

An unnamed source tells TmoNews that T-Mobile is planning an initiative that would pay off subscribers’ early termination fees if they switch from a rival carrier to T-Mobile. Specifically the source said that the company is planning “a project codenamed ‘Houdini’ which will give switchers up to $350 in credit when they switch to TMO” with a particular emphasis placed “on families switching up to 5 lines regardless of contract end dates.”

This is the very situation that I am in. Please T-Mobile do it in January.

Some days I miss the battery on the G2.

gonna have to fix the screen one day.. it's still laying on the cracked broken screen and all.

I see a lot of switching to T-Mobile if so

mainly people who were on the fence. When they say "credit" are they just going to credit your Tmo account? or send a check/ prepaid debit card?

and ATT and VZW have too many customers for this to be a big deal, in most major cities all 4 carriers give or take are decent, but ATT and VZWs rural game is just too deep and strong.

I'm sure T-Mobile Will make you get a phone with hefty early termination fee if people come over

I'm gonna assume it's just you pay with your own money.. they will credit your TMo account with whatever the ETF was up to the maximum 350.

Doubt they cut you a check.

yea, the thing people don't see T Mo isn't really "saving" customers but more so bringing to light carriers old marketing tricks and rebrand them. The only good thing Tmo has done so far to me is allow you to have a cheaper bill when you aren't under contract/buying a phone at discount.

AT&T customer checking in.

I get pretty much 5 bars everywhere LTE here in Minnesota.

That is unless I go out to the woods or inside a big building.. then I get 3-4

My N5 gets meh reception.. my iPhone and G2 got the reception posted above.

Typically anywhere VZW sucks is because ATT owns all the towers in the area, and Tmo benefits from the Roaming agreements so you will at least get 2g. If I never got a Job with VZW back in the day I probably would still be an ATT customer, but as I've moved around I see that Tmo and ATT can be really sketchy indoors, main reason I was only with Tmo for a month,
