yea, the thing people don't see T Mo isn't really "saving" customers but more so bringing to light carriers old marketing tricks and rebrand them. The only good thing Tmo has done so far to me is allow you to have a cheaper bill when you aren't under contract/buying a phone at discount.
they treat the customer right and with good prices so the change isn't that bad. Anything to drop sprint in my opinion is good

Kick myself for missing out on the Nexus 7 deal the playstore had, if only it lasted til this weekend. :smh:

What do you guys use to backup and restore text? I really like hangouts and would like to be able to keep all my texts from now on, flashing ROMs is the issue

I may have to install this tonight.

I need that on my Droid Maxx. I may just skip installing the 4.4 update. Who knows how long that could take before root is capable. Development on this phone is so poor.

Stupid question, but is there any way to save a .gif on your phone and then send it to somebody in a message? :nerd:

Whatever happened to T-Mobiles $30 unlimited data plan?

http://prepaid-phones.t-mobile.com/prepaid-plans

It's a prepaid plan. About 1/2 down the page, under where it says "Pay By The Day".

I think it's only for new activations.
yea it is for new activations

I have the $30 plan, but it's different from what is posted on that page.

I get 1,500 minutes/text with 30 MB data every month, I never go over data since I'm almost always on wi fi.

Agreed, good stuff.

I may have to install this tonight.

Just be careful when implementng these hacks on your device. Xposed (in it of itself) and modules can make your ROM unstable/make it inoperable to the point that you'll have to restore stock settings.

I'm not discouraging use (in fact, I encourage everyone to root and implement add ons.) I'm simply reminding y'all to proceed with caution.

Many custom ROMs have this sort of stuff baked into them, which is a better method of implementation along with other bonuses (such as optimization, so modules like gravity box don't cause battery drain) to make the user experience superior to stock ROMs

Thanks, I made sure to backup before I started any tinkering. So far I'm digging it, and hopefully it doesn't kill my battery.

Features look dope though
