You should be able to just boot into recovery do a full wipe then flash cm

Yup got it. Had to do it twice because I needed a new gapps file. I heard CM is going to be the one that I roll with for good.
Just redownloaded textra and saw that they have gifs built into it.... Welp RIP Hangouts as my texting app. It was a nice ride.

Ok so I'm having a TON of issues with MMS right now, ahve been for weeks. I cant send ics that I've downloaded to my phone and when people send me pics I dont get them until around 40 minutes after the fact. I've been playing around wiht the APN settings in Textra and have had luck at all. Anyone have any ideas

This happens only with textra? If you use the stock messaging app does it still not work?
Fontaine you using stock messaging or a third party one?
Just tried and no problems sending or receiving mms using 8sms I'm sure stock works fine too

It was happening with Hangouts and Textra. Havent tried any other text clients

That's odd I tried mines after seeing yalls post and mine worked prefectly fine. Used my girls phone to send myself a picture and it worked, sent her a pic and it worked fine.

having the same trouble as you guys with MMS. it would said sending for the longest time and when it doesn't say it anymore they don't get it for a while or not at all. I receive em fine though and also with tmo but on the unlimited prepaid plan

I have a N4 on a stock rom. sometimes they would comment on the picture like an hour or so after I asked them if they got it. Other times it would jump to the bottom of the convo after it "sends" and it is getting annoying. I usually just email them the pic if I need a quick response for it

had to google your illusion, and theres no way around it. This thread probably won't help you much. We discuss this latest high-end android devices. You can ask Carver to hook you up, he has a cracked screen G2. I believe he also has EVERY ANDROID OUT RIGHT NOW.
