Honestly speaking .... How good is the 1+ over the G3 M8 or the S5?

I bought a M8 a few weeks back, played with it for about 2 weeks and sold it after I got my 1+ invite.... I don't miss it at all.
The sound quality is supreme on the M8..especially talking to someone on speaker phone which I do alot. 1+ says a update is coming for better call volume soon, but the 1+ speaker volume is more than enough for me when I'm rarely listening to music w/o headphones. Which 1+ has a pretty good EQ app built in for music players.

This new Lenovo phone craps on the One Plus One, and version of the M8, All the Galaxys, and the Zperias. This is the new king of Android...

But will this phone cost 299/349 off contract?
Plus I've always hated the build of motorola phones. So fugly
Pretty much.. one of the things that make the 1+ great is the pricing.

airblaster.. I'm in the same boat. I'm going to either love it or throw that joint on craigslist.

Got tired of sense on my m8 and flashed a gpe room onto it. Feels like I have a completely different phone

haven't really felt any lag. i simply disabled those extra apps.

from the very start i thought the user interface of the lg g3 was pretty clean. not much clutter at all.

those extra apps aren't even that intrusive to be honest. they take up a few GBs, but they really don't get in the way.

i put a 64 sd card on mine and have about 80 gbs total to work with

I am not sure if lag is the best word to describe the G3. I would say "inconsistent"

And when you are comparing the g3 and m8 side-to-side the M8 is significantly better in terms of performance. Literally the only drawback is the average camera results. And the G3's camera is not so good that it makes it worth it for the camera alone. The overall pros of the M8 EASILY outweigh the cons we you are considering the two. IMO

I had the G3 for a couple of weeks a month ago and liked it a lot but could not justify using it for an upgrade. Especially with the heat dropping this fall and the fact I felt the M8 was better. I just could not ignore it. If you have to absolutely get a phone right now an are interested on the Oppo or One plus I would grab the M8.

IF you can fight through a couple more months I would get the Note 4 or the i6 (unless apple is completely not an option for you)

That is about as real a I can be. And no disrespect to you all who are more than happy with the G3. I know NT cats are hyper-sensitive

Just giving him my opinion

G3 or One M8?
G3 No doubt.

I am rooted and just got rid of all the apps that they speak of.

If you do not want the G3 do not go m8.

Wait it out for something else. (i6 or N4)

G3 is the best out right now.

Check all the blogs and fourms.

Its G3 vs. 1+1 and the quality control issues that 1+1 have (i.e. yellow screen) it was easy for me.

The only thing IMO that the M8 has over the G3 is the metal unibody (but no removable battery) but the G3 is just as hot as the M8 maybe even more so with how thin the bezels are.

G3 software is clean and simple. But with all android devices there are ways of making your phone look however you want.

JUST FIGURED OUT HOW TO STREAM SHOW BOX CONTENT STRAIGHT FROM THE APP TO MY XBOX ONE WITHOUT A CHROMECAST :wow:

I would rather get a Note 3 of the S5. Z2 is good but you have to get it unlocked (am I right?) and the Z3 is dropping soon
