question im new to all the rooting world, if i use stump root to root my g3 will i have to backup my music and photos and other files before and also if i want to unroot it do i just do a factory reset on the phone?

You don't HAVE to but ive read about some people's photos disappearing and/or some of their music files getting corrupted. It would be a good idea to back your stuff up.

I'm surprised there isn't too much known about the Nexus 6 (X?) with it supposedly coming out a month or two. Is there even a confirmation of the manufacturer?

Just posted that Nexus 4 vs iPhone 6 picture on the comments of one of my friends facebook who is a huge Apple fan boy. This was his word for word response:

"That flier is exaggerated. The apple pay system is much more complicated, secure, user friendly, and is widely accepted by the worlds major banks and is sponsored by all the major financial institutions. It's the most secure transfer of wireless information in the world. And that same secure connection will be unique to the apple watch which is infinitely better than its rivals"

******* LOL man

Some more:

In response to Note 3 and S5 specs vs iPhone 6

"No they don't. I can't think of a single way either of those phones outperform the iPhone 6. Outside the individual abilities that are unique to Android."

"The new A8 processor is the fastest phone processor that has ever existed, nearly one and a third times the speed of the galaxy s5"

"most secure transfer of wireless money in the world".  Really? how would you even know that.  Better hope it's more secure than your pictures are on iCloud

For the G3 users, did your phone overheat cus you have the brightness on max? Or is it because the screen is on for a long time even on moderate brightness?

Mine was overheating with the screen on low, watching a 10 minute videos, but it hasn't been getting as hot lately.

battery life has still been disappointing.
