Preciate it. Looks like I need to get the full version of titanium backup before I can start freezing/uninstalling apps. Will give it a shot when I get the full version.

Anytime, and nah mate, I didn't pay a cent for that app and it let me uninstall it

That's weird. When I search for MLT nothing shows up. Maybe it was removed when I rooted the phone?

Off topic question.

I got ATT next and want to unlock my G3 and my girls S5 and switch over to tmobile to pay less. I know if I do that I got to pay for my phones out right as soon as I cancel.

Is there a way around that where I can pay for my phones monthly still?

Mental blank guys, need your help. What are the buttons at the bottom of the screen that pop up when e.g back button, home button etc, called? I wanna add 5 too the bottom but cant remember where it is in settings lol

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.4 Pro off of Slickdeals for $220 today. Anyone have any experience with it or other Samsung tablets? I plan on using it until the Nexus 8 or 9 is released and then I'll sell it for one of those

Gonna make the switch to TMo this weekend.

My plan is to just get a $50 (full retail price) phone and hold out for the Nexus. Unless there are other phones you guys would recommend (G3, Note4, etc.).

What root did you use? Don't search try scroll through till you see it. Some roots remove it I have read

Stump Root

In titanium backup go to where it says backup /restore then scroll down to find lg mlt then Uninstall

I think the root method I used must've gotten rid of it. Looked through every file individually and didn't see it. Oh well

Can someone please explain to me the benefits of xposed? What do those who have it, use it for?
Instagram Downloader-Download peoples pics from their IG profiles in perfect quality with no need for cropping.

Gravitybox- Various tweaks for your phone without the need for a custom rom

Those are the two main xposed modules that I use

G3 tweakbox looks good though, but what have you tweaked with it?

Also is it safe and stable?

[COLOR=#red]Guys, thought I'd share this with y'all even though some of y'all already know this...

If you are in a environment like a huge school campus, or business park and walking around and it has wifi your battery can die quickly. I walk almost a mile from where I park on campus to my classes and I pass by many building all of which have our campus network. With my Wifi on it stops and searches every time I pass by a building...I'm talking losing upwards to 25-30% in less than 20 minutes. Best thing to do is to remember to turn off your wifi radio until you are stationary.

Aside from the Tmo version no other G3 phones can get custom roms correct?

There are some serious devs at work unlocking the bootloader.

There will be custom roms (cyanogenmod :smokin) soon.

I much prefer custom roms to stock firmware. Most "powerusers" do,

That's kinda what I figured from reading older threads about phones in the past that had locked bootloaders like the G3 when they first came out but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the info.

I want to root my G3 tonight with Stumproot. The instructions are simple enough.

What I'm wondering is what should I do/consider before I root? I read that it's best to make a back up. Titanium Backup requires that you already be rooted; what's the best app to use?

Im noticing when I go to settings/battery/androidsystem that a lot of process's like fm radio and location services are listed even though they are not open or switched on etc how can I get these to not show up in the list and therefore save battery etc? I still want to use them just when I choose to not just sitting in the background running all day when there not even open.
