I doughnut carrot all if the Droid Turbo is a year old by the time I can pick it up, Unless HTC brings it next year ill be picking that beast, That thing debloated :x :x The specs I assume would make it pretty future proof correct?

Still rocking a Galaxy Nexus, i was gonna cop a Nexus 6 but that pre-order was a joke. Looking at the new Moto X, N5, or a One Plus One. I'm looking for more of a vanilla android experience as i don't root.

Really digging Android L. I like the new notification bar, lock screen notifications.. And especially the smart lock :pimp: its done behind the scenes and craz fast. This is how I pictured face unlock when it was first announced. I took a lot of different scans from different angles and my laying down and different lighting and it's flawless :pimp:

Want to use this n5 as my daily but batter life is poo compared to the opo. N6 is gonna be amazing with L :x

400

Google wants to funnel users to the carriers.

Might be a better deal to buy the phone on contract if its 200 on contract.

As long as the phone doesn't have carrier crapware you should be good. I wouldn't trust Verizon after what happened with Galaxy Nexus though.

Hardware wise, it'll be more than enough to hold you down for 2-3 years. Software wise, who knows. Verizon is awful with updates

I would wait for the Nexus 6 still or get the One Plus One if I were you. The OPO imo kills the Moto X. The Nexus 6 should become more available after release on Nov 12th

I can't wait to get the N6, I can't deal with the battery on my N5 after coming from the OPO. Thing barely gets me through work in a day :x :smh:

I'm coming from a Galaxy Nexus... and because of the battery life troubles, the Droid Turbo looks like the phone to me. It seems like you can disable most or all of the Verizon bloat as well.

I like the design of the Moto X better, but I like the Turbo's battery life and increased storage.
