Man this whole switch from iphone to android has been a pain in the butt. Not getting texts from iphone people, not being able to use it from my macbook...learning the new layouts and stuff....man

I'm not big on cell phones. I am coming from a Blackberry.

I just figured 200 dollars would be better spent on an older high end device rather than a current mid level device.

I personally would've sprung for a Nexus 5. But if you're "not big on cell phones" like you said, then the S3 should hold you down.

Lollipop is rolling out to aosp.

Saw that. My body is ready

Huh? The S3 was the phone that gave Samsung the hype they have today. I saw just about as many people with S3s as iPhones when that phone first dropped.
I'm talking in terms of impact.

I think the s3 should be up there with the Motorola RAZR, iPhone 3g, and ppc-6700...

Textra acting funny for anyone the past couple of days? My text messages have been failing to send.

Yeah, I wouldn't really call the s3 underrated.. That joint was everywhere. Loved my red one though :pimp: **** was fire. One of my favorite devices I've owned.

SMS has been fine. MMS a completely different story. I'd get a group message text or picture text 6 hours after it was sent. Want sure if it was textra or tmobile

Same, I'm ready to hop on a battery saving ROM when they are released.

Anyone use NBA league pass through Chromecast? How does it work? Don't understand how it streams

Are you watching it through chrome browser?

Yes, heard you can stream from the browser as well. I havnt bought it yet until I know itl work. But if I chose to stream from mobile, would I be able to use my phone at the same time or would that interrupt it?

TBH I don't know if you'll be able to stream from Mobile. I've stream NFL games thru the browser on my laptop with no issue. Do you stream on your mobile on chrome or a 3rd party app?

ok. ATM I have to plug my laptop into the HDMI on my tv to watch. I guess with chromecast I wont need cables lying around. If I ever watcha game on my phone its through the NBA app but never streamed it to my tv, don't have a device

so no one here uses an android device on a macbook? Can someone please help me out...I'm trying to load pictures and music on my phone and I can't. According to what I read I should DL KIES for Mac.

But every time i try the download doesn't show up.

I'm getting frustrated.

I would rather stream through an app that through the browser.

It just seems like apps are more stable...
