The body is similar to the s6 of course, not the exact same, but very similar. Other than that, the face looks exactly the same as the 4. I didn't have much time to play around with it tho.

Seems like a good deal if you're looking at a G4. When I got my G4 a couple weeks ago I got a $100 gift card.

Not sure if LG is doing another extra battery promo though

When do you guys think quick charge will be an industry standard?

to a point where when phones get revealed companies don't need to say "quick/fast charge capable".

I'd say by this next wave of flagships, quick charge should be expected.

Right now I just have a quick charge car charger.. and it's come in handy. I'd probably get a quick charge power bank next just to have it.

I'm looking forward to the new Moto X just because I want to see if Motorola can deliver on their battery and camera promises. I'm still very happy with my 2014 Moto X, but it'll just be nice to know they fixed the two problems with the device... especially that the price they're offering.

I do wish they kept the size a little smaller. I know the screen to phone ratio is good, and they managed to make the 2014 Moto X feel really good in the hand, so the right design will make the 2015 feel a little smaller.. but it's still a big  phone. I would have been content to compromise at 5.4/5.5 or something, but oh well. That's part of the reason I'll probably wait on the 2015 and see if the 2016 brings the size down a bit.

Not anytime soon I don't think. Quickcharge is a Qualcomm trademark. If the phone is using a non-Qualcomm chip, it won't work.

Outside of the S6, don't most flagships use Qualcomm at this point?

Still not getting messages consistently... When I receive a call I get a few here and there

Have no clue what's wrong

Yeah BasedMod. It's be more and more difficult to drink the kool-aid lately. I may even go iPhone, I know the limitations of the iPhone very well, but i just need a Android purge for maybe a year, then I'll be back. Then maybe go Vanilla Android.
